Après avoir obtenu un diplôme élevé à l'examen national, le Dr Hakan Tekin a commencé ses études de médecine à la Cerrahpaşa Faculté de médecine / Département d'anglais. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme, le Dr Tekin a travaillé pendant deux ans dans le département E&A et dans le ICU de l'hôpital d'État de Van. Il a commencé à travailler dans le département de chirurgie plastique, reconstructive et esthétique de l'université de Van Yuzuncu Yil.
