Il est né en 1987 à Denizli. Il a terminé ses études primaires, secondaires et secondaires à Denizli. Après ses études secondaires, il a commencé ses études de médecine à la faculté de médecine de l'Université Cerrahpaşa d'Istanbul. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme universitaire, il a suivi sa formation en chirurgie plastique à la faculté de médecine Capa de l'Université d'Istanbul et y a travaillé comme assistant en chirurgie plastique.

Semerci, qui a travaillé dans des institutions telles que l'hôpital d'État d'Ordu et l'hôpital privé Ada de Giresun, a récemment travaillé comme spécialiste en chirurgie plastique reconstructive et esthétique à la Happy Esthetic Clinic.
