Pour la première fois depuis très longtemps, je me sens soignée par un médecin et son équipe !
Le médecin et le modérateur des consultations vidéo (qui est également mon coordinateur) sont si patients, serviables, compréhensifs, accommodants et dignes de confiance. Pour la première fois depuis très longtemps, je me sens prise en charge par un médecin et son personnel ! Je recommanderais cette plateforme et cet hôpital à toute personne ayant besoin d'un traitement !
J'ai vraiment apprécié cela. Mon médecin m'a laissé parler sans m'interrompre et m'a écouté attentivement.
La qualité de la connexion de la consultation vidéo était un peu hachée, mais cela pourrait très bien provenir de mon propre Internet. Je n'irai pas jusqu'à blâmer l'hôpital et son ordinateur ou son Wi-Fi.

les médecins sont excellents
le personnel était terrible. nous avons dû communiquer nous-mêmes avec les médecins car il n'y avait pas d'interprètes. les coordinateurs étaient incompétents.
nazrin et katerina ont été horribles, se rejetant mutuellement toutes les fautes. la réservation de l'hôtel a été faite de manière incorrecte.

En juillet 2022, j'ai bénéficié d'une consultation, d'un examen et d'une intervention chirurgicale à la Memorial Clinic. Je remercie le professionnalisme de l'équipe de la clinique, le professeur Ilknur Bayraktar et bien sûr l'équipe de Bukmed représentée par Maria et l'interprète Gulzar. Tout s'est bien passé. Les chambres sont au niveau des hôtels 5 étoiles. 3 repas par jour, lit confortable, wi-fi gratuit, TV, infirmière et infirmiers très attentifs.

Un grand merci à Bookimed pour l'opportunité de rencontrer différents spécialistes et cliniques en Turquie, de comparer, de lire des critiques et d'étudier les informations dans un langage compréhensible. Il est difficile d’imaginer combien de temps, de coûts financiers et professionnels il a fallu aux créateurs pour rendre l’information aussi accessible et complète pour le patient. Merci pour votre travail et pour avoir choisi un créneau aussi utile que celui-ci ! Il est si important pour le patient de pouvoir communiquer à tout moment avec le manager : parler, consulter, discuter de problèmes personnels et des risques possibles. Merci merci merci! Avant de vous trouver, j'ai eu l'expérience de communiquer avec deux organisations qui fournissent des services dans le domaine du tourisme médical, mais malheureusement, le commerce et l'envie de vendre des spécialistes spécifiques sans options sont alarmants et n'inspirent pas du tout confiance. En revanche, je suis même content d’avoir eu une expérience de communication aussi courte, d’autant plus que j’ai pu évaluer les capacités de Bookimed ! Je comprends que pour le lecteur, ma critique peut ressembler à une ode à l'éloge, mais comme on dit, "on ne peut pas effacer les mots d'une chanson."))) Par conséquent, je ne peux que continuer à parler de la façon dont cela s'est passé dans mon cas précis. Merci à la clinique Khizar pour une chambre spacieuse et luxueuse avec des baies vitrées, un canapé supplémentaire pour les visiteurs, ainsi que de délicieux repas trois fois par jour. Il semblerait difficile de nous surprendre avec un service turc de haute qualité dans un hôtel, mais lorsque votre séjour à la clinique est exactement le même qu'à l'hôtel, il est bien plus précieux au moment où vous êtes absolument seul dans un pays étranger. et vos capacités physiques sont temporairement limitées. Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails : il se trouve que je suis arrivé à l'opération seul, avec un petit sac à dos. C'était extrêmement important pour moi : tout ce dont j'avais besoin était fourni ou était déjà disponible dans ma chambre préférée en face de la réception. L'opération était prévue pour l'après-midi, le moment le plus difficile était donc la nuit. L'infirmière qui était de garde de nuit a fait un travail formidable et jusqu'à 6 heures du matin, elle a tout fait comme prévu selon le protocole après l'opération. Oui, vous pouvez dire, comment pourrait-il en être autrement, vous avez payé l'argent et il devrait en être ainsi, mais vous et moi savons très bien que personne n'a annulé le facteur humain, et les patients dans cet état après l'opération ne peuvent pas toujours lire attentivement dans Langue de recommandation du médecin anglais. C'est pourquoi j'envoie des rayons d'amour à ce Grand Homme !!! Toutes les 40 minutes, il appliquait des compresses froides, me nourrissait même la nuit, puis m'emmenait se promener dans le long couloir de la clinique. C'est une expérience inestimable pour moi, non seulement parce qu'elle est importante pour la réadaptation et la santé, mais aussi pour ma confiance personnelle dans les gens. Salut bas au médecin pour son professionnalisme, sa capacité à écouter le patient et une opération de haute qualité. Je voudrais également remercier Gulshirin Beshimova pour l'opportunité de rendre mon séjour en Turquie aussi confortable que possible. Tout comme le théâtre commence par un porte-manteau, Istanbul m'a accueilli avec le sourire amical du chauffeur et une voiture de luxe. Il est impossible de ne pas mentionner Alpay. Je conduis depuis 20 ans, mais je n'ai jamais vu personne accorder autant d'attention à la voiture et aux passagers assis sur la banquette arrière : télévision, musique du monde entier, eau à différentes températures, boissons, serviettes, un repose-pieds pour des pieds confortables, et même un bouquet d'herbes fraîches pour parfumer le salon ! Mes applaudissements !!! Réservé ! Turquie! Vous m'avez conquis ! Quel dommage que je ne savais pas avant que tout pouvait être comme ça ! Elle fit la révérence. Votre Eva❤️

Les services de l'hôpital LIV sont très bons et ne sont pas inférieurs au niveau mondial, croyez-moi, car pour les problèmes de santé de ma famille, nous avons dû visiter des cliniques aux États-Unis, en Chine, en Corée du Sud et en Israël. Dès le premier appel, j'ai senti que l'on s'intéressait beaucoup à moi en tant qu'autochtone. Un grand merci à Sabina et Nigina, coordinatrices/traductrices, qui ont fait un excellent travail. Nous pouvions les contacter à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et elles s'occupaient du patient de tout leur cœur. Gardez à l'esprit que tout ici est basé sur le turc, seuls les médecins peuvent communiquer en anglais. Vous pouvez constater à quel point la Turquie a progressé et est autosuffisante.
Je suis reconnaissante au destin de m'avoir permis de rencontrer le professeur et neurochirurgien Çağatay Öztürk. Il est simple dans la communication, bref, il est immédiatement évident que le plus haut niveau de spécialiste, après l'examen, il a identifié le problème et a montré sur l'image IRM et a expliqué ce qu'il faut faire.
J'ai été opéré d'une hernie au niveau L5-S1 et un disque en titane a été installé.
L'atmosphère de l'équipe était très favorable et agréable, il y avait une grande cohérence et de la discipline. Les soins étaient tels que je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur ou lourdeur, bien qu'ils disent que l'opération n'a pas été facile. Le deuxième jour après l'opération, je marchais déjà et le sixième jour, j'ai pu quitter l'hôpital. J'étais enfin débarrassée de la douleur et des nuits blanches que j'avais connues pendant de nombreuses années ! Je le recommande à tout le monde, ce sont des magiciens qui travaillent ici - des professionnels dans leur domaine !
