J'essaie à présent de repartir en voyage médical. Le nouveau système est nul. Lorsque vous entrez votre numéro de téléphone, vous devez recevoir un code de vérification pour effectuer une demande. Je n'ai reçu aucun code. J'ai parlé à l'opérateur. On m'a fait attendre pendant presque une semaine, en me promettant que le coordinateur médical me contacterait. Rien n'a été fait. Je suis malade et ils ne sont vraiment pas utiles du tout. Terriblement !!@

J'étais à Severance le 27 mai 2019 pour un rendez-vous avec un mammologue et un oncologue, le même jour j'ai fait une mammographie et une échographie mammaire. Ils m'ont dit de revenir le 5 juin pour la conclusion. Je voudrais dire un grand merci à ma coordinatrice Lydia, elle est allée partout, a traduit, s'est assise et a attendu avec moi dans les files d'attente. Un service au plus haut niveau ! Aujourd'hui, le 5 juin, je suis retournée chez la mammologue qui a examiné les scanners et m'a dit que tout allait bien, qu'il ne fallait pas s'inquiéter. Et en Russie, ils ont vu une tumeur quelque part. On m'a également remis un disque avec l'échographie et la momographie, ainsi que la conclusion sur papier en anglais. Merci beaucoup à tous et merci à bookimed.com ! Ce n'est pas une arnaque, ça aide vraiment les gens. Je voulais partager des photos de la clinique et de la coordinatrice, mais je ne peux pas les afficher.

Maman n'ayant pas pu obtenir de diagnostic précis, nous avons décidé de faire un bilan de santé en Corée. J'ai déposé une demande auprès de bukimed. À ma grande surprise, ils m'ont appelée tout de suite. Je leur ai dit ce qu'il fallait faire, toutes les analyses effectuées, et on m'a conseillé la clinique Ihwa. Nous nous sommes immédiatement mis d'accord sur tout et avons pris rendez-vous avec un mammologue. La clinique est propre, tous les médecins, tout le personnel médical sont qualifiés et très sympathiques. Tout le temps avec ma mère, il y avait un interprète, et il a expliqué très clairement tout ce qu'il y avait à faire. Rapidement les analyses ont été faites, et tout de suite le diagnostic a été établi, il a été dit qu'il fallait faire l'opération. L'opération a duré 5 heures (préparation générale, etc.) après l'opération à la clinique a duré 10 jours. Tout a été fait avec précision, tout est presque guéri. Je suis satisfaite de la clinique et des coordinateurs médicaux de Bukimed. Merci beaucoup à tous !

Toute ma famille s'est opposée à ce que je vienne en Turquie pour cette opération. Ils avaient très peur et j'étais un peu nerveuse aussi. J'aurais aimé qu'ils viennent et qu'ils voient comment j'ai été traité ici comme un roi. Je déteste l'admettre, mais je n'aurais jamais eu ce genre de service aux États-Unis. Je pense que toutes les personnes impliquées ici - médecins, infirmières, interprètes, chauffeurs - ont été oubliées dans les coulisses. Je recommanderais sans hésiter et je reviendrais.

J'ai contacté Bookimed pour obtenir de l'aide dans la recherche d'un endocrinologue pour mon fils de 16 ans. L'objectif était d'obtenir une consultation de qualité auprès d'un spécialiste européen lors d'un voyage touristique à Barcelone pour le Nouvel An. L'équipe de Bookimed a organisé le rendez-vous très rapidement. La clinique TEKNON est l'une des meilleures d'Europe. Je ne vous parlerai donc pas de la qualité de l'accueil, tout est au plus haut niveau. Au service international, une responsable russophone nous a accueillis, nous a guidés vers le médecin, nous a aidés pour la traduction. Il n'y a pas eu de malentendu avec le médecin.
Il est trop tôt pour parler de la qualité du traitement. Mais le médecin nous a expliqué qu'en Espagne, ils n'utilisent pas ce médicament (le seul, selon nos médecins), que nous avons pris pendant 5 ans ( !), parce qu'il ne fait que supprimer l'hormone, mais n'élimine pas la cause première. Il a suggéré de l'annuler pendant 2 mois, de faire les tests nécessaires et de les lui envoyer. Ensuite, il prescrira les médicaments nécessaires. Nous avons également convenu d'une future consultation en ligne. Je regrette beaucoup de ne pas avoir demandé un conseil plus tôt.
En outre, la plupart des médecins en Russie m'ont suggéré de me faire enlever la thyroïde. Mais le médecin de Teknon m'a assuré que ce n'était pas nécessaire.
Je ne manquerai pas d'écrire un commentaire après une deuxième consultation et les résultats du traitement.

He was graduated from Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine, Istanbul University in 1999.He completed his residency education on Internal Medicine in Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine, Istanbul University in 2005.He completed his fellowship on Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases in School of Medicine, Selçuk University in 2010.He completed his training for Associate Professorship in Selçuk University in 2016..He was awarded with first and third places in Best Scientific Publication for Diabetes Mellitus Award of National Diabetes Congress in 2014 and first place in Internal Medical Sciences, Publication Contest for Assistant Professors of Selçuk University in 2014. He was a member of the jury for 29 residency thesis / residency examinations. He participated in many national and international scientific trainings and certification programs.
