Le Dr Cem Özlük est un chirurgien diplômé de l'université de Gazi, spécialisé en urologie. Il a effectué plus de 1 500 interventions chirurgicales et possède de l'expérience en matière de pénoplastie et de vaginoplastie. Il est titulaire de certificats en chirurgie robotique et en laparoscopie, et préfère ces méthodes pour les patients atteints de cancer.
