Dr. Qasim Wasim holds an MBBS and master’s and PhD degrees in general surgery from Dalian Medical University. He is a PMDC board-certified general practitioner with over 10 years of experience. He served as a resident at Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex and at Nawaz Sharif Social Security Hospital in Lahore.

He manages cases in internal medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and dermatology. He also handles emergencies such as trauma, fractures, cardiac events, and burns. He is multilingual and serves an international community. He has authored over eight SCI-indexed research papers on intestinal ischemia–reperfusion injury and surgical biomechanics.

Dr. Wang Qing is Director of the Department of Urology and an international expert in urologic endoscopic surgery. He pioneered laparoscopic radical cystectomy with WZ-type sigmoid neobladder reconstruction and the Wu method prostatectomy. His expertise includes urologic oncology, minimally invasive surgery, prostate disease, and urinary stones.

Professor Fan Yu is Chief Physician and Director of Kidney Transplantation. His center ranked first in Fujian for three straight years in liver and kidney transplants. His team performed 112 kidney transplants and one combined liver-kidney transplant over two years.

He specializes in kidney transplantation, post-transplant complications, and immunosuppressive management. He developed a system to improve long-term graft and patient survival.

He pioneered the diagnosis and treatment of chronic and subclinical rejection. He has led more than 10 grants as principal investigator and published over 30 SCI-indexed papers. He is Vice Chairman of the Transplant Surgeon Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the Organ Transplant Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association. He is Editor-in-Chief of Chinese Kidney Friends and serves on the editorial boards of over 20 journals, including the Chinese edition of Transplantation.

Dr. HUANG Xue Lei is Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. HUANG is recognized in plastic and aesthetic surgery and in sleep respiratory disorders. Dr. HUANG has over 20 years of experience. Dr. HUANG earned a Bachelor from Wuhan University School of Medicine and a Master from Fujian Medical University. Dr. HUANG completed a Doctorate at the Chinese PLA General Hospital. Dr. HUANG also completed advanced training at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital.

Professor Shixin Liu, MD, PhD, is the Discipline Leader of the Oncology Center. He is the former President of Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital and former Director of the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute. He is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor. He has received the State Council Special Government Allowance, the 4th National Famous Doctor (Outstanding Contribution) award, and the Model of Medical Ethics honor.

He specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. His focus is precision radiotherapy for thoracic and abdominal cancers. He is skilled in IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT for lung, esophageal, breast, and rectal cancers.

His leadership roles include Vice Chair of CMA Radiation Oncology, CACA Radiotherapy, and CACA Particle Therapy. He serves on the CSCO Standing Committee and as Vice Chair of the CSCO Radiation Oncology Expert Committee. He is Vice Chair of CPAM Radiation Oncology and a Standing Committee member of CSMEA. Professor WANG Jun is Director and Professor of General Practice & Geriatrics and a leading expert in cardiac and osteoporosis rehabilitation. He holds a Master of Medicine from the First Military Medical University. He is recognized as a Provincial Medical Leading Talent. He trained under Prof. Du Jian and previously served at 174 Hospital.
