Le Dr Klaus Luque est médecin-chef et chef du service d'ophtalmologie de la clinique Bremen Mitte. Il est spécialisé dans la chirurgie des yeux et expert en chirurgie ophtalmique. Diplômé de l'université du Cap, il a travaillé dans des cliniques en Afrique du Sud, en Allemagne et aux États-Unis. Il est le fondateur et le président de la Société européenne de chirurgie vitréo-rétinienne et membre de nombreuses organisations ophtalmologiques de premier plan. Il propose des consultations à distance et peut prendre rendez-vous par l'intermédiaire de Bookimed.

Le médecin est diplômé de l'école de médecine de l'université d'Istanbul et a effectué des stages dans les cliniques ophtalmologiques universitaires de Cologne et de Tübingen, en Allemagne. Il est membre du DOG, de l'AAO, de l'ASCRS et de l'ESCRS et possède des certifications en application du LASIK, en correction de la presbytie avec des lentilles intraoculaires multifocales, en techniques de fixation sclérale, en réticulation du collagène cornéen, en applications femtoseconde pour la chirurgie du segment antérieur et en analyse de la topographie cornéenne. Ils ont obtenu un doctorat en thérapie immunomodulatrice de l'uvéite et ont participé à plusieurs conférences et réunions, notamment la 42e réunion annuelle de la Société européenne d'ophtalmologie pédiatrique, le Congrès mondial d'ophtalmologie et le Congrès de la Société européenne des chirurgiens de la cataracte et de la chirurgie réfractive.
