Il est membre du DOG, de l'AAO, de l'ASCRS et de l'ESCRS et possède des certifications en application du LASIK, en correction de la presbytie avec des lentilles intraoculaires multifocales, en techniques de fixation sclérale, en réticulation du collagène cornéen, en applications femtoseconde pour la chirurgie du segment antérieur et en analyse de la topographie cornéenne. Ils ont obtenu un doctorat en thérapie immunomodulatrice de l'uvéite et ont participé à plusieurs conférences et réunions, notamment la 42e réunion annuelle de la Société européenne d'ophtalmologie pédiatrique, le Congrès mondial d'ophtalmologie et le Congrès de la Société européenne des chirurgiens de la cataracte et de la chirurgie réfractive.
