Dr. Humayun Kakar is a cardiologist. He earned his medical degree from Eskişehir Osmangazi University between 2007 and 2014. He completed his cardiology residency at İzmir Dokuz Eylül University from 2015 to 2020. In 2024, he received advanced training in heart failure at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.

He has worked at İzmir Ekonomi Üniversitesi Medical Point Hospital and Konya Cihanbeyli State Hospital. He also took part in advanced heart failure education at the University of Zurich.

Dr. Kakar is a member of several professional organizations. These include the European Society of Cardiology, Turkish Society of Cardiology, Heart Failure Association, American College of Cardiology, Cardiovascular Academy Association, and the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI).

Dr. Cagdas Erdogan is a gastroenterologist at Ankara Etlik City Hospital. He trained in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He earned his MD from Dokuz Eylul University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency from 2014 to 2019. He then completed a Gastroenterology fellowship at Ankara City Hospital from 2019 to 2022. Additional work covers outcomes with an adalimumab biosimilar and innovative endoscopic therapies (MCA via double-balloon enteroscopy, holmium laser for Bouveret syndrome, POEM for Zenker’s diverticulum, and ESD for esophageal papillomatosis).

Professor Byung-Hee Oh, MD, PhD, is a cardiologist at Incheon Sejong Hospital. He graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine. He completed training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at Seoul National University Hospital. His clinical focus includes heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and preventive cardiology.

He served as Professor of Cardiology at Seoul National University. He also served as Director of a cardiovascular center and Head of the Division of Cardiology. He was President of the Korean Society of Cardiology and led national heart failure and hypertension groups. He has authored hundreds of peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Jieun Ban, MD, is a pediatric cardiologist at Bucheon Sejong Hospital. She focuses on arrhythmias and congenital heart disease. She provides electrophysiologic evaluation for children and adolescents. She completed training in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology.

Prof. Dr. Rifat Eralp Ulusoy is a cardiologist specialized in clinical cardiology and advanced cardiac imaging. He focuses on echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, and stress echocardiography. He also treats heart valve disease, hypertension, heart failure, and cardiomyopathies. He has held academic and clinical roles at leading centers in Turkey and the United States. He is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology.

He has written more than 125 scientific papers and has over 1,400 citations. His clinical interests include heart tumors and cardiac care for cancer patients. He also works on cardiology in chronic kidney failure and dialysis. Other interests are heart disease in pregnancy, pericardial diseases, and heart valve infections.

Dr. med. Armin Sause is the Chief Physician of Cardiology and Rhythmology at Helios University Hospital Wuppertal, a leading German heart center. Under his leadership, the department has become a specialized center for rhythmology and electrophysiology. The team uses modern technologies and evidence-based treatment protocols.

His expertise includes atrial fibrillation therapy, catheter and radiofrequency ablation with 3D mapping, pacemaker and ICD implantation, and advanced electrophysiological diagnostics. Professor İlhan Mavioğlu is a cardiovascular surgeon and leads the Cardiovascular Surgery Outpatient Clinic. His focus areas include total arterial revascularization. He performs minimally invasive off-pump anaortic CABG (MACAB) and MIDCAB. He also performs awake carotid surgery. He manages peripheral vascular and endovascular procedures, including chimney TEVAR, EVAR, BEVAR, FEVAR, PEVAR, and CERAB, and handles related complications.
