Il a effectué de nombreuses opérations réussies, donné des formations en chirurgie capillaire et organisé des conférences sur la perte de cheveux et son traitement.

Le Dr Asuman Dincer est anesthésiste et a plus de 20 ans d'expérience. Elle est titulaire d'un certificat d'esthétique médicale délivré par le ministère de la santé, d'un certificat de mésothérapie délivré par l'université Medipol et d'un certificat d'ozonothérapie délivré par l'université Yeditepe. Elle travaille actuellement à la clinique HWT et a déjà travaillé à l'hôpital public de Tuzla.

Tayfun Türkaslan est un spécialiste de la chirurgie esthétique qui a publié plus de 20 articles dans des éditions internationales. Il a terminé sa spécialisation après des processus de certification à l'étranger et est membre de diverses organisations scientifiques. Il a travaillé dans divers hôpitaux et propose actuellement ses services médicaux professionnels dans son cabinet privé.
