Le Dr Burak Pasinlioğlu est diplômé du lycée scientifique d'Ankara en 2006. Il est diplômé de la faculté de médecine de l'université d'Ankara en 2013. Il est également diplômé du département d'administration des affaires de l'université d'Anadolu en 2016 en tant que deuxième université.

Sa thèse dans le domaine expérimental a été publiée sous forme d'article académique dans la meilleure revue de chirurgie plastique au monde, PRS Journal. De plus, il a de nombreux articles académiques.

Il a réussi la première étape des examens du conseil d'administration de l'Association européenne de chirurgie plastique, reconstructive et esthétique (EBOPRAS) à Bruxelles, en Belgique, en 2019 et la deuxième étape à Izmir, en Turquie, en 2020, et a reçu le titre de Fellow du Conseil européen de Chirurgie Plastique Reconstructrice et Esthétique (FEBOPRAS). Il possède également un certificat de qualification professionnelle de l'Association turque de chirurgie plastique, reconstructive et esthétique.

Entre 2019 et 2021, il a effectué son service obligatoire à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche Ankara Keçiören. Il a participé à de nombreuses réunions et cours nationaux et internationaux. Il fait de nombreuses présentations orales lors de réunions. Il existe 2 traductions de livres de chirurgie plastique pour les chirurgiens plasticiens turcs. Il est l'auteur de chapitres dans 2 livres différents sur la chirurgie plastique. Il est membre de l'Association turque de chirurgie plastique et reconstructive (TPRECD), de la Société de chirurgie plastique esthétique (EPCD) et de la Société internationale de chirurgie plastique esthétique (ISAPS).

Ses intérêts sont la rhinoplastie, l'esthétique mammaire, l'esthétique du visage, l'esthétique corporelle, les procédures esthétiques mini-invasives (obturation, applications de toxine botulique, mésothérapie et PRP), la reconstruction mammaire et la microchirurgie.

Il a commencé le patinage sur glace comme passe-temps dès son enfance et, les années suivantes, il a été sélectionné dans l'équipe universitaire puis dans l'équipe nationale. En 2011, il a représenté notre pays aux Jeux universitaires d'hiver (Universiade) et a reçu le titre d'athlète national olympique. De plus, il s'intéresse professionnellement au ski. Ses autres passe-temps sont la course à pied et la natation.

Après avoir obtenu un diplôme élevé à l'examen national, le Dr Hakan Tekin a commencé ses études de médecine à la Cerrahpaşa Faculté de médecine / Département d'anglais. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme, le Dr Tekin a travaillé pendant deux ans dans le département E&A et dans le ICU de l'hôpital d'État de Van. Il a commencé à travailler dans le département de chirurgie plastique, reconstructive et esthétique de l'université de Van Yuzuncu Yil. Il a été formé à de nombreux types de procédures chirurgicales, notamment la microchirurgie, la chirurgie maxillo-faciale, les malformations congénitales, les chirurgies de la main et les procédures esthétiques. 

Il a travaillé à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche Van en tant que chef du département de chirurgie plastique et esthétique. En 2016, il a commencé à travailler à l'hôpital privé Memorial de Diyarbakır. En 2018, le Dr Tekin a travaillé à l'université de Zurich en tant que boursier.
