Dr. Jaroslaw Kaluzny is an ENT specialist and a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Poznań University of Medical Sciences. He became board-certified in otolaryngology in 2013. Dr. Malgorzata Leszczynska is a specialist in otolaryngology (ENT). She graduated from the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. She holds a Doctor of Medical Sciences (1997) and a habilitation (2015).

She has worked at the Department of Otolaryngology and Laryngological Oncology in Poznań since 1990. She is an Assistant Professor. She has been Deputy Head since October 2022 and Provincial Consultant in Otolaryngology since February 2025. She co-organizes specialized nasal and paranasal sinus surgery courses with Poznań Lab.

Her clinical focus includes advanced care for nasal and paranasal sinus diseases, including lacrimal pathway disorders. She also treats head and neck cancers and dysphagia. She completed advanced training in micro-endoscopic sinus surgery at Klinikum Kassel (Philipps-University Marburg). She trained in microsurgery of the paranasal sinuses and anterior skull base in Zurich. She attended the Milano Masterclass (2011) and the International Mastercourse on Endoscopic Sinus Surgery at University Hospital Brussels.
