Bonjour, nous sommes originaires du Kazakhstan. Nous sommes venus ici pour le diagnostic et le traitement de notre fils. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la clinique. Le neurologue Barış Metin nous a tout expliqué correctement. Nous avons beaucoup appris sur la maladie de notre fils. Mon fils souffre d'hydrocéphalie et après des analyses, nous avons appris qu'il était épileptique, que la dérivation VP était accélérée et que mon fils ne se développait pas. Nous recevons maintenant un traitement. Nous espérons que cela nous aidera in shaa Allah. Nous avons également apprécié le personnel, en particulier les interprètes. J'ai oublié leurs noms, mais l'un d'entre eux connaît même le kazakh. C'était super pratique. Merci beaucoup Bookimed, vous êtes les meilleurs, vous nous avez beaucoup aidés, merci en particulier à Oksana et Anna, elles ont toujours répondu à temps et nous ont supportés pendant plus d'un mois. Mon expérience chez turkeyana a été traumatisante, c'est pourquoi je ne partage mon expérience que maintenant, 4 mois après l'opération. J'y suis allée pour une réduction mammaire et je ne recommencerais jamais. L'équipe médicale était la pire. Peu amicale, peu professionnelle et peu aimable. Je me suis réveillée de l'opération immédiatement dans la salle d'opération, car j'ai une tolérance naturellement élevée aux narcotiques (ce que j'ai dit à l'avance). Quand je me suis réveillée, j'ai essayé de m'asseoir, car je ne me souvenais pas de la raison pour laquelle j'étais là, j'ai essayé 3 fois, ils me poussaient vers le bas et la troisième fois, l'une des infirmières m'a donné une forte gifle au visage. On ne m'a jamais prise au sérieux, plus tard les infirmières se moquaient de moi quand je demandais plus d'analgésiques, parce que je les métabolise plus vite que les autres patients, j'ai souffert énormément pendant 24 heures d'affilée. J'ai pleuré et crié de douleur. Personne de l'équipe soignante de l'hôpital ne parlait anglais, ils comprenaient le mot "analgésiques", mais ils m'ont simplement donné une solution hydratante et m'ont dit que c'était de la morphine, même si je pouvais lire sur le sachet que ce n'était pas le cas. On m'a dit de laisser les pansements en place jusqu'à la visite de contrôle. J'ai été examinée 5 jours après l'opération, un lundi, et ils n'ont même pas vérifié, le médecin qui m'a opérée ne s'est même pas présenté. Elle m'a laissée avec les pansements, a dit que tout allait bien et a quitté la pièce. Les deux femmes plus jeunes qui étaient avec moi dans la pièce, des gestionnaires de cas je suppose, m'ont alors demandé d'enlever les pansements, ce que j'ai fait. Elles voulaient prendre des photos du résultat. Ensuite, je leur ai demandé de nettoyer les plaies. La femme qui l'a fait n'allait pas mettre de gants si je ne le lui avais pas dit, et même moi, je pouvais voir qu'elle nettoyait mal les plaies.
Lorsque je suis rentré en Suisse deux jours plus tard, le mercredi, je me suis précipité chez mon médecin qui m'a dit que mes plaies étaient très infectées, ce qui a fini par provoquer de vilaines cicatrices. À Turkeyana, on m'a dit que les fils sortiraient au bout de deux semaines, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Mon médecin suisse a dû les retirer manuellement parce qu'ils étaient toujours là après 4 semaines, entravant la cicatrisation et entretenant l'infection. J'ai marché avec des pansements et des plaies infectées jusqu'à 5 semaines après l'opération. À la sixième semaine, les plaies se sont enfin refermées, si l'on peut dire, parce qu'elles s'étaient largement ouvertes à cause de l'infection.
On m'a également fait une bichetomie, pour laquelle on m'avait dit que les fils se dissoudraient, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. J'ai dû aller chez un dentiste pour les couper, car ils entamaient la chair de ma bouche et provoquaient une infection à l'intérieur de mes joues, que j'ai également dû faire traiter en Suisse.
Turkeyana est une société mal dirigée, avide d'argent, qui ne se préoccupe pas du bien-être de ses patients. ils se montrent gentils jusqu'à ce que vous ayez payé et subi l'opération, et après ils vous traitent comme une ordure. 0/10, ne pas recommander. Si vous ne voulez pas être traumatisé, n'allez pas là-bas. Je veux qu'on me rende mon argent.
