En juillet 2022, j'ai bénéficié d'une consultation, d'un examen et d'une intervention chirurgicale à la Memorial Clinic. Je remercie le professionnalisme de l'équipe de la clinique, le professeur Ilknur Bayraktar et bien sûr l'équipe de Bukmed représentée par Maria et l'interprète Gulzar. Tout s'est bien passé. Les chambres sont au niveau des hôtels 5 étoiles. 3 repas par jour, lit confortable, wi-fi gratuit, TV, infirmière et infirmiers très attentifs.

Dental Bosphorus is an excellent clinic for dental treatment thank you to Mustafa and Dr Mert. I went to them as I had been a victim of poor treatment from another clinic. Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment! They also organized transportation from my hotel to the clinic and were extremely supportive and helpful very down to earth people! Thank you

Toute ma famille s'est opposée à ce que je vienne en Turquie pour cette opération. Ils avaient très peur et j'étais un peu nerveuse aussi. J'aurais aimé qu'ils viennent et qu'ils voient comment j'ai été traité ici comme un roi. Je déteste l'admettre, mais je n'aurais jamais eu ce genre de service aux États-Unis. Je pense que toutes les personnes impliquées ici - médecins, infirmières, interprètes, chauffeurs - ont été oubliées dans les coulisses. Je recommanderais sans hésiter et je reviendrais.

Les services de l'hôpital LIV sont très bons et ne sont pas inférieurs au niveau mondial, croyez-moi, car pour les problèmes de santé de ma famille, nous avons dû visiter des cliniques aux États-Unis, en Chine, en Corée du Sud et en Israël. Dès le premier appel, j'ai senti que l'on s'intéressait beaucoup à moi en tant qu'autochtone. Un grand merci à Sabina et Nigina, coordinatrices/traductrices, qui ont fait un excellent travail. Nous pouvions les contacter à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et elles s'occupaient du patient de tout leur cœur. Gardez à l'esprit que tout ici est basé sur le turc, seuls les médecins peuvent communiquer en anglais. Vous pouvez constater à quel point la Turquie a progressé et est autosuffisante.
Je suis reconnaissante au destin de m'avoir permis de rencontrer le professeur et neurochirurgien Çağatay Öztürk. Il est simple dans la communication, bref, il est immédiatement évident que le plus haut niveau de spécialiste, après l'examen, il a identifié le problème et a montré sur l'image IRM et a expliqué ce qu'il faut faire.
J'ai été opéré d'une hernie au niveau L5-S1 et un disque en titane a été installé.
L'atmosphère de l'équipe était très favorable et agréable, il y avait une grande cohérence et de la discipline. Les soins étaient tels que je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur ou lourdeur, bien qu'ils disent que l'opération n'a pas été facile. Le deuxième jour après l'opération, je marchais déjà et le sixième jour, j'ai pu quitter l'hôpital. J'étais enfin débarrassée de la douleur et des nuits blanches que j'avais connues pendant de nombreuses années ! Je le recommande à tout le monde, ce sont des magiciens qui travaillent ici - des professionnels dans leur domaine !

Très bonne clinique, personnel sympa. Un avantage appréciable était le transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement mon dentiste Rain (son nom traduit en anglais). Elle était très polie et attentionnée et, ce qui est vraiment important, elle parlait anglais.

Tout s'est très bien passé.... tout d'abord, bien sûr, grâce à la fille Natalia Brujaka, qui était toujours en contact, et qui m'a aidé à résoudre toutes les questions que j'avais dans le cours... Merci beaucoup pour son aide rapide et opportune tout au long de la période....
Tout était bien organisé.... nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport, transfert VIP, Mercedes noire, le chauffeur, malheureusement, je ne me souviens pas de son nom - un gars super, direct, nous a emmenés à l'hôtel... À l'hôtel, tout était super, 5 étoiles, bonne finition, excellent personnel, nous étions installés au 8ème étage, avec une belle vue sur la ville.....
Le lendemain, nous nous sommes rendus à la clinique....On y a payé, et sans attendre, on nous a invités à la salle d'opération... L'équipe est excellente, des jeunes gens et des jeunes filles, joyeux et détendus, (ils ont même chanté des chansons pendant la transplantation)....La transplantation a été assez rapide, pendant 5 heures nous avons réussi, parce que les gens connaissent leur métier, de vrais professionnels tous, - et le médecin, et le gars qui a dessiné une ligne de cheveux, et les filles - assistants.... Tout au plus haut niveau ... La transplantation elle-même est indolore, seulement, au début, quand ils ont introduit l'anesthésie, c'était un peu douloureux, mais cela a duré environ 10 minutes....
En général, je suis satisfaite de la greffe, j'espère que le résultat ne sera pas bon, nous verrons dans un an...
Ensuite, on m'a ramenée à l'hôtel, et j'ai passé cette journée dans la chambre, je ne suis allée nulle part..... Le lendemain, j'ai eu une journée de repos, et le personnel de l'hôtel a organisé une excursion dans le centre historique d'Istanbul... Nous avons passé un excellent moment là-bas, et après une autre journée, on m'a ramenée à la clinique, on m'a montré et lavé la tête, et le chauffeur nous a emmenés à l'aéroport.....
En résumé : j'ai subi une greffe de cheveux et ma femme et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul, où nous avons goûté à différents plats, fait des excursions et eu l'occasion de faire du shopping....
Merci beaucoup aux personnes qui organisent de tels voyages et font un tel travail... Je leur suis très reconnaissant....

Très bon chirurgien et très expérimenté, je le recommande à tous ceux qui ont besoin d'une chirurgie bariatrique. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas en dire autant de l'hôpital. L'hôpital a été une grande déception. Malgré l'infirmière Berna, il a été très difficile d'obtenir des soins médicaux compétents. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, ce qui aggrave la situation. Le niveau de qualification médicale des infirmières est très bas. Aucune aide de la part des soignants. Je recommande au chirurgien de choisir un autre hôpital pour l'avenir.
