Established in 2024, CHOICE Clinics is a private plastic surgery practice in Recife, Brazil. The clinic is located in the Pina neighborhood. The practice centers on the work of Dr. Seiji Hosoume, who leads all aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

Medical Expertise and Experience

Dr. Seiji Hosoume completed his plastic surgery residency at Hospital Agamenon Magalhães. He then spent a year in England for advanced training, where he focused on surgical dissection of human anatomy. This background shapes his approach to structural facial and body procedures.

Patient feedback is verified through Trustindex, confirming reviews originate from Google. These testimonies highlight surgical follow-up care and the structured treatment process. All plans are developed through direct consultation with Dr. Hosoume.

Specialized Body Contouring Techniques

The clinic offers several surgical methods to address body shape and muscle definition. Lipo HD (High Definition Liposuction) enhances muscle groups for an athletic contour. This technique targets specific areas, such as the gluteal region. The procedure often includes fat grafting, where removed fat adds volume to other body areas.

For abdominal rejuvenation, the clinic offers several surgical options:

• Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) to remove excess skin and fatty tissue.
• Panniculectomy to address skin overhang after significant weight loss.
• Liposuction variants, including 360-degree, back, and abdominal fat removal.
• Surgical correction of gynecomastia (enlarged male breast tissue).

These procedures can also remove stretch marks or old surgical scars.

Breast and Facial Rejuvenation

The clinic addresses both aesthetic goals and physical discomfort through breast surgery. Reduction Mammaplasty reduces breast volume, which often relieves back and shoulder pain. For patients seeking increased projection, the clinic offers silicone breast implants placed below the breast tissue. Mastopexy (Breast Lift) is also available, with or without implants.

Facial treatments include both surgical and non-surgical options:

• Blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat from the eyelids.
• Facial fillers using hyaluronic acid for facial reshaping.
• Botulinum toxin injections to relax muscles and prevent expression lines.
• Rhinoplasty for surgical nose reshaping.

Injectable treatments like fillers and toxins are performed in the clinic office. This allows for faster treatment during the rejuvenation process.

International Patient Services

CHOICE Clinics treats patients in several languages. Dr. Seiji Hosoume and the clinic staff consult in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. This multilingual support helps international patients discuss their aesthetic goals clearly. The clinic also provides structured surgical follow-up to monitor recovery after patients return home.
