Le Dr Türe a mis au point une méthode d'enseignement par étapes pour l'utilisation du microscope et du tube d'aspiration. Il a ensuite présenté cette technique à la communauté neurochirurgicale en enseignant aux neurochirurgiens et en visitant des laboratoires à l'échelle internationale. Il a également été président du 16e congrès mondial de neurochirurgie de la WFNS, qui s'est tenu à Istanbul, en Turquie, en 2017.
