Dr. Cengiz Sen is an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist. He has expertise in revision arthroplasty, degenerative joint disease, congenital limb deformities, and pediatric orthopedic disorders. Dr. Sen is skilled in limb lengthening, pseudoarthrosis surgery, and managing periprosthetic infections. He is also a pioneer in using stem cell therapy for orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Sen has published many articles, especially on total knee replacement and infected nonunion. He is a professor at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He has received the AOTT Oral Presentation Award for his academic and clinical achievements.

Prof. Dr. Deniz Süha Küçükaksu is a cardiovascular surgeon with over 35 years of experience. He specializes in adult and pediatric cardiac surgery, heart transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support. He leads the Heart Transplantation and Artificial Heart Center at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Küçükaksu completed his medical and surgical training in Turkey. He also received advanced fellowships in Germany, France, and the United States. His focus has been on LVAD systems and heart failure surgery.

He introduced mechanical circulatory support and artificial heart programs in Turkey. He has performed many types of surgeries, including coronary bypass (off-pump), valve replacements, aortic repair (EVAR/TEVAR), and reoperations. He has also established heart transplant centers at several institutions.

Dr. Küçükaksu has held senior academic and administrative roles. He has contributed to total artificial heart surgery and hybrid cardiovascular procedures. He has received national and international awards for his scientific and surgical work.

Dr. Ayhan Kaya is a neurosurgeon who speaks English. He graduated from the Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 1991. He completed his neurosurgery specialization in 2003. He provides surgical care using advanced microsurgical techniques.

Expertise: spinal surgery (herniated discs, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, spinal trauma). Brain tumor surgery (microsurgical removal of benign and malignant tumors). Cerebrovascular surgery (aneurysms, AVMs, vascular malformations). Traumatic brain and spine injuries (emergency and reconstructive). Peripheral nerve surgery (entrapments and injuries). Dr. Gokhan Kursat Kara is an orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in spine surgery, arthroplasty, and trauma and deformity correction. He graduated from Istanbul University Medical Faculty. He completed his residency in orthopaedics and traumatology at Uludag University.

Dr. Itir Sirinoglu Temiz is a Professor of Hematology. She specializes in lymphoma, acute and chronic leukemias, multiple myeloma, thrombocytopenias, thrombosis, anemia, and bone marrow failure. She graduated with honors from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. She completed her hematology training at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtarslan Oncology Education and Research Hospital.

Dr. Sirinoglu Temiz has held key academic and administrative positions. She served as Head of Internal Medicine at IAU Faculty of Medicine. She was also Education and Administrative Manager at SBÜ Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk EAH Hematology Clinic. She has broad experience in adult hematology, stem cell transplantation, and therapeutic apheresis. She currently practices at Liv Hospital.

Dr. Erkancakir is a specialist in pediatric chest diseases. He has experience with acute and chronic respiratory problems, respiratory tract infections, and bronchoscopic procedures. His areas of focus include asthma, sleep-related breathing disorders, cystic fibrosis, and tuberculosis.

He completed his medical degree at Istanbul University. He continued his specialty training at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital and Marmara University. Dr. Erkancakir has worked at leading institutions, such as Bezmialem Vakıf University and Süreyyapaşa Chest Diseases Training and Research Hospital.

He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Turkish Thoracic Society and the European Respiratory Society. En 2009, j'ai terminé ma formation de spécialité en neurochirurgie et neurochirurgie à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche d'Izmir Tepecik et j'ai travaillé comme médecin spécialiste à Istanbul Bakırköy Sadi Konuk EAH, Kanuni EAH et Başakşehir Çam et Sakura City Hospital affiliés à l'Université des sciences de la santé. Je travaille dans le domaine de la neurochirurgie pédiatrique depuis 9 ans. Dr. Binnur Simsek is a gastroenterology specialist. She has experience in liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver transplantation, and viral hepatitis (B, C, Delta). She also treats alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, and inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s colitis.

She completed her medical and gastroenterology training at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Simsek has worked at Istanbul University, Sanlıurfa Education and Research Hospital, Liv Hospital, and Istinye University. She is a member of the Turkish Association for the Study of the Liver and the Turkish Society of Gastroenterology.

Dr. Cagri Canbolat is a neurosurgeon. He specializes in neuro-oncological surgery, skull base surgery, neurovascular surgery, minimally invasive spinal surgery, oncological spinal surgery, pediatric neurosurgery, neuro-trauma, and neuro-intensive care. He completed his medical education and neurosurgery training at Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine from 2005 to 2018.

Dr. Canbolat has contributed to research on the therapeutic effects of Etanercept and Ustekinumab in spinal cord injury models. He has also studied the genetics of neural tube defects. His publications include work on primary central nervous system lymphoma and surgical outcomes in elderly patients with intracranial meningioma. He has analyzed 228 cases in these studies.

He has worked at Liv Hospital Vadistanbul, Memorial Service Hospital, Acıbadem Maslak Hospital, and Vezirköprü State Hospital.
