Le Dr Joo Kwon est un chirurgien plasticien certifié par le conseil d'administration, spécialisé dans la chirurgie plastique du visage. Diplômé de l'Université catholique coréenne, il est titulaire de la licence médicale coréenne et de la certification de la Société coréenne des chirurgiens plasticiens et reconstructeurs depuis 1998.
