Dr. Saig Gahramanov is the endodontist at Smile by Dr. Bakhtiyar in Baku. Root canal treatment is his field: removing inflamed pulp, disinfecting and sealing the canals, and retreating previously treated teeth.

Canals are cleaned under the magnification of a dental operating microscope (CJ-Optik) and disinfected with a diode laser; the work is controlled with digital X-rays and, when needed, 3D CBCT imaging. Root canal treatment of permanent teeth in children is also referred to him.
