En juillet 2022, j'ai bénéficié d'une consultation, d'un examen et d'une intervention chirurgicale à la Memorial Clinic. Je remercie le professionnalisme de l'équipe de la clinique, le professeur Ilknur Bayraktar et bien sûr l'équipe de Bukmed représentée par Maria et l'interprète Gulzar. Tout s'est bien passé. Les chambres sont au niveau des hôtels 5 étoiles. 3 repas par jour, lit confortable, wi-fi gratuit, TV, infirmière et infirmiers très attentifs.

Le rendez-vous a été pris rapidement, le personnel et le médecin ont été attentifs et malgré les problèmes de compréhension de la langue, tout le monde a été très serviable.

On the recommendation of Bookimed, I underwent a medical examination at the Anadolu Medical Center (Turkey). Why did you choose the Anadolu clinic? Because it was the only clinic recommended to me by Bookimed that responded very quickly to my requests, and only this clinic developed and sent me a program for my examination. Two other clinics, such as Medipol, limited themselves only to gratitude that I contacted them, and the Şişli Memorial clinic remained silent until the end without any feedback. I will not dwell on the provision of the Anadolu clinic with the most modern medical equipment, since many Turkish clinics today are equipped with the most modern equipment. I personally became convinced of this at the stage of choosing a clinic, when I got acquainted with the equipment of many clinics. The qualifications of Turkish medical specialists are generally high and they are really professionals in their field. But there is one very important point - the ability to plan and organize medical examinations. For a patient who comes to such institutions with great hopes, any attention or inattention rendered affects his psychological and moral state, and it naturally depends on this what attitude he will determine and form for himself towards the clinic itself. To be in constant contact with the patient from the moment of his desire to visit the clinic, prepare in every possible way for arrival, prepare medical data and analysis results, assist in booking a hotel, meeting at the airport upon arrival, exceptionally efficient planning of all examinations, eliminating any inconvenience for the patient from - for waiting in queues for tests, undergoing procedures and consulting a doctor and much more, this is a huge advantage of the Anadolu clinic over other clinics. I especially want to note that everything that was done at the highest level is mainly the merit of an employee named Zakhida. (international department of the clinic). Professionalism, an individual approach to each patient, impeccable organization of the entire work process, endless energy, high tolerance, femininity, pleasant appearance and many other positive qualities of a person - said about Zakhida. Bonjour à tous. Merci à la clinique pour cette opération réussie. Plus précisément au neurochirurgien Mustafa Onaz et au professeur Gohan. On nous a diagnostiqué un cancer du cerveau, au stade final, malin. La tumeur était deux fois plus grosse. Ils ont sauvé la vie de mon mari. Ma sha Allah. L'opération a duré huit ou neuf heures. Ils ont tout enlevé, je pense que c'est un record. C'était une opération compliquée. C'était une opération compliquée. A KZ, ils n'ont pas pu tout enlever, juste une petite partie, c'est tout. Toute ma famille s'est opposée à ce que je vienne en Turquie pour cette opération. Ils avaient très peur et j'étais un peu nerveuse aussi. J'aurais aimé qu'ils viennent et qu'ils voient comment j'ai été traité ici comme un roi. Je déteste l'admettre, mais je n'aurais jamais eu ce genre de service aux États-Unis. Je pense que toutes les personnes impliquées ici - médecins, infirmières, interprètes, chauffeurs - ont été oubliées dans les coulisses. Je recommanderais sans hésiter et je reviendrais.

Ma coordinatrice Marsela s'est surpassée pour rechercher le médecin idéal et répondre à toutes ses demandes. Elle a toujours répondu à mes questions et a assuré un suivi lorsque c'était nécessaire.
Mes coordinateurs chirurgicaux, Zeynep et Hisham, ont été extraordinaires et ont assuré le suivi. Hisham était présent en personne de la phase préopératoire à la phase postopératoire et tous deux étaient là 24 heures sur 24 lorsque j'avais besoin d'eux ou simplement pour s'assurer que je me portais bien après mon opération.
Le Dr Emre Ozenalp est un chirurgien très compétent et incroyable.
Les coupes qu'il a faites ne laisseront que peu de cicatrices. Le Dr Emre et ses infirmières m'ont suivi tous les jours pour s'assurer de mon état. Ses infirmières sont incroyables et très compatissantes, car je suis une personne très modeste. Je recommande vivement Bookimed, mes coordinateurs chirurgicaux, ainsi que le Dr Emre et ses infirmières. Je suis très étonnée et très excitée par le résultat de mon opération. Mon merveilleux mari, qui était à mes côtés tout au long de l'opération et qui a soutenu ma décision, était absolument stupéfait et a remercié le Dr Emre pour l'excellent travail qu'il a fait sur mon abdominoplastie. Tout s'est très bien passé.... tout d'abord, bien sûr, grâce à la fille Natalia Brujaka, qui était toujours en contact, et qui m'a aidé à résoudre toutes les questions que j'avais dans le cours... Merci beaucoup pour son aide rapide et opportune tout au long de la période....
Tout était bien organisé.... nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport, transfert VIP, Mercedes noire, le chauffeur, malheureusement, je ne me souviens pas de son nom - un gars super, direct, nous a emmenés à l'hôtel... À l'hôtel, tout était super, 5 étoiles, bonne finition, excellent personnel, nous étions installés au 8ème étage, avec une belle vue sur la ville.....
Le lendemain, nous nous sommes rendus à la clinique....On y a payé, et sans attendre, on nous a invités à la salle d'opération... L'équipe est excellente, des jeunes gens et des jeunes filles, joyeux et détendus, (ils ont même chanté des chansons pendant la transplantation)....La transplantation a été assez rapide, pendant 5 heures nous avons réussi, parce que les gens connaissent leur métier, de vrais professionnels tous, - et le médecin, et le gars qui a dessiné une ligne de cheveux, et les filles - assistants.... Tout au plus haut niveau ... La transplantation elle-même est indolore, seulement, au début, quand ils ont introduit l'anesthésie, c'était un peu douloureux, mais cela a duré environ 10 minutes....
En général, je suis satisfaite de la greffe, j'espère que le résultat ne sera pas bon, nous verrons dans un an...
Ensuite, on m'a ramenée à l'hôtel, et j'ai passé cette journée dans la chambre, je ne suis allée nulle part..... Le lendemain, j'ai eu une journée de repos, et le personnel de l'hôtel a organisé une excursion dans le centre historique d'Istanbul... Nous avons passé un excellent moment là-bas, et après une autre journée, on m'a ramenée à la clinique, on m'a montré et lavé la tête, et le chauffeur nous a emmenés à l'aéroport.....
En résumé : j'ai subi une greffe de cheveux et ma femme et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul, où nous avons goûté à différents plats, fait des excursions et eu l'occasion de faire du shopping....
Merci beaucoup aux personnes qui organisent de tels voyages et font un tel travail... Je leur suis très reconnaissant....
