Je tiens à vous faire part de notre satisfaction concernant l'opération DBS, le séjour à l'hôpital, que j'ose qualifier de niveau mondial. Le Dr Ali Zirh est un professionnel absolu, précis, clair, concret et surtout très humain. Mais je tiens à exprimer mes remerciements les plus profonds et les plus sincères à notre assistant depuis le premier jour, un mois avant notre arrivée à l'hôpital Mahmoud Kathab, ce jeune homme est doté d'un cœur immense, je pense que c'est lui qui m'a fait choisir MEDIPOL PARMERA etc. Ali Zarh. Enfin, je suis fascinée par la neurologue Dr Basak et son équipe qui, pendant 21 jours, ont veillé à réguler exactement la thérapie et les impulsions de mon mari. Tout notre séjour a été réduit dans les moindres détails pour que nous nous sentions chez nous. Nous n'avons pas regretté un seul instant d'avoir choisi MEDIPOL MEGA GROUP, merci Mahmoud, vous êtes né pour aider des gens comme nous !

Nous avons postulé à la clinique par le biais du site web bookimed.
La coordinatrice Anastasia nous a beaucoup aidés, tout a été organisé très clairement, nous n'avons jamais été déçus. La clinique elle-même est impressionnante en termes de taille, de propreté et de qualité de service, le personnel est amical et attentif. Notre interprète Lamia a travaillé avec nous, a coordonné notre logistique dans la clinique, a essayé d'assurer des rendez-vous opportuns avec les médecins, elle était très à l'aise et il était facile de communiquer avec elle. Mais il y a eu un problème avec l'examen : on nous a envoyés à l'IRM, la procédure a été assez longue, la pièce était assez froide, et j'ai eu très froid. Il serait bon d'avertir les patients de la nécessité de maintenir une certaine température dans cette pièce et de veiller à ce qu'ils soient le plus à l'aise possible.
Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre visite dans cette clinique, des tactiques de prise en charge des patients et nous avons prévu une visite de suivi dans trois mois.

Toute ma famille s'est opposée à ce que je vienne en Turquie pour cette opération. Ils avaient très peur et j'étais un peu nerveuse aussi. J'aurais aimé qu'ils viennent et qu'ils voient comment j'ai été traité ici comme un roi. Je déteste l'admettre, mais je n'aurais jamais eu ce genre de service aux États-Unis. Je pense que toutes les personnes impliquées ici - médecins, infirmières, interprètes, chauffeurs - ont été oubliées dans les coulisses. Je recommanderais sans hésiter et je reviendrais.

Les services de l'hôpital LIV sont très bons et ne sont pas inférieurs au niveau mondial, croyez-moi, car pour les problèmes de santé de ma famille, nous avons dû visiter des cliniques aux États-Unis, en Chine, en Corée du Sud et en Israël. Dès le premier appel, j'ai senti que l'on s'intéressait beaucoup à moi en tant qu'autochtone. Un grand merci à Sabina et Nigina, coordinatrices/traductrices, qui ont fait un excellent travail. Nous pouvions les contacter à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et elles s'occupaient du patient de tout leur cœur. Gardez à l'esprit que tout ici est basé sur le turc, seuls les médecins peuvent communiquer en anglais. Vous pouvez constater à quel point la Turquie a progressé et est autosuffisante.
Je suis reconnaissante au destin de m'avoir permis de rencontrer le professeur et neurochirurgien Çağatay Öztürk. Il est simple dans la communication, bref, il est immédiatement évident que le plus haut niveau de spécialiste, après l'examen, il a identifié le problème et a montré sur l'image IRM et a expliqué ce qu'il faut faire.
J'ai été opéré d'une hernie au niveau L5-S1 et un disque en titane a été installé.
L'atmosphère de l'équipe était très favorable et agréable, il y avait une grande cohérence et de la discipline. Les soins étaient tels que je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur ou lourdeur, bien qu'ils disent que l'opération n'a pas été facile. Le deuxième jour après l'opération, je marchais déjà et le sixième jour, j'ai pu quitter l'hôpital. J'étais enfin débarrassée de la douleur et des nuits blanches que j'avais connues pendant de nombreuses années ! Je le recommande à tout le monde, ce sont des magiciens qui travaillent ici - des professionnels dans leur domaine !

Bonjour, je m'appelle Vladislav Ivanov, Ukraine, ville d'Odessa.
En février 2021, on a diagnostiqué un épendymome anaplasique chez ma fille Vlada.
Nous avons passé une semaine à consulter des médecins pour essayer de comprendre pourquoi l'enfant souffrait de violents maux de tête. Nous avons passé des tests, subi une IRM et, en fait, ils ont trouvé une tumeur au cerveau. C'est à ce moment-là que le sol s'est dérobé sous mes pieds. J'ai réalisé que c'était déjà arrivé, ce qui signifiait que je devais agir rapidement.
La première chose que nous avons faite a été de nous rendre dans un hôpital pour enfants à Kiev, et l'enfant a été équipé d'une dérivation. Malheureusement, du liquide a commencé à s'accumuler dans sa tête et sa vision a commencé à baisser. Les médecins ont expliqué qu'il fallait opérer d'urgence.
Nous avions un peu d'argent de côté et nous avons décidé de faire l'opération à l'étranger.
Nous nous sommes tournés vers l'organisation Bookmed. Nous avons contacté Marina. Marina nous a rapidement trouvé une clinique en Turquie et nous a organisé un voyage en Turquie. L'hôpital nous attendait déjà. Nous avons été examinés, on nous a fait une prise de sang pour des analyses et le lendemain, l'opération était programmée. Tout s'est bien passé. Ensuite, nous avons subi une radiothérapie. Les résultats étant positifs, nous avons été renvoyés en Ukraine (août 2021). Tous les 3 mois, nous avons passé des IRM, les scanners étaient bons.....
Mais un an plus tard, en mars 2022, nous avons entendu les mots terribles de "rechute", "guerre". Nous avons rassemblé à la hâte les documents nécessaires et sommes partis pour Lviv. De là, de grands bus ont commencé à transporter tous les enfants atteints de cancer le long du corridor humanitaire de l'Ukraine vers l'Europe. Ma fille et ma femme ont été envoyées en France. L'équipe médicale a été très bonne car elle a prévu un traducteur pour m'accompagner lors du diagnostic du médecin et aussi lors des IRM et des Xrys, pour m'expliquer si nécessaire, donc tout a été très simple et sans problème, et les réceptionnistes ont été très serviables.
si je n'avais pas trouvé ce site bookimed.com, je n'aurais jamais su quoi faire ou comment prendre rendez-vous avec un médecin en Turquie, je suis reconnaissante à cette application de m'avoir aidée.

Bonjour, nous sommes originaires du Kazakhstan. Nous sommes venus ici pour le diagnostic et le traitement de notre fils. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la clinique. Le neurologue Barış Metin nous a tout expliqué correctement. Nous avons beaucoup appris sur la maladie de notre fils. Mon fils souffre d'hydrocéphalie et après des analyses, nous avons appris qu'il était épileptique, que la dérivation VP était accélérée et que mon fils ne se développait pas. Nous recevons maintenant un traitement. Nous espérons que cela nous aidera in shaa Allah. Nous avons également apprécié le personnel, en particulier les interprètes. J'ai oublié leurs noms, mais l'un d'entre eux connaît même le kazakh. C'était super pratique.
