Biri bu hastanede bir profesöre, diğeri 2 farklı özel hastanede, biri üniversite hastanesinde olmak üzere en az 10-11 farklı doktora (çoğu profesör unvanlı) muayeneler, 2 defa farklı doktora birkaç ay süren tedavi ve 2 farklı doktora ameliyat oldum. Tüm doktorları karakter olarak tanıdım. En azından yarısının sağlığımı umursarmış gibi para almak için rahatça söyledikleri yalanları bilerek sesimi çıkarmadım, çoğuna hak etmedikleri paraları verdim. 39 yaşında yeni kabullendiğim ve kuşkulanmadığım bir gerçek var: Çoğu insanın sevmediği taksi şoförleri tanıdığım çoğu doktordan (özellikle özel hastane doktorları) daha insanlık sahibi, dürüst, zararsız ve meslek etiğine sahipler.

Eşim geçen hafta memorial hastanesinde ameliyat oldu. Hastane kesinlikle işini profesyonel yapan insanlardan oluşuyor. Örnek alınması gereken bir sistemi var. Biz çok çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle 13. Kattaki hemşire kat sorumlusu her kim varsa hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Bugüne kadar hastane anlamında aldığımız en kaliteli hizmetti.Keske Erzuruma'da açsanız. ☺️

Erken doğum olasılığı sebebiyle bu hastaneye gitmiştik. Bir yakınımıza yapılacak olan basit bir iğneyi hemşirenin bele yakın bir yerde yanlış bir şekilde yapması sonucu hastamız oldukça zor saatler geçirdi. Konuşmasında kekelemeler, titremeler meydana geldi. Burası hastane değilde bence otel olmalı. Ayrıca ücretler inanılmaz yüksek.

The hospital seems fancy, and the doctors know what they are doing, however, most of the employees there do not treat people with kindness and respect. A tip from me : be rude to them so they respect you. I know this rule is very wrong, but there is no other way for them to show some human decency.

Diğer özel hastanelerde bile ücretsiz olan 2 dakikalık işitme testi için, doğumu Memorial'da yapmamıza rağmen 417 TL tahsil ettiler. Bebeğinizin işitme, kalça çıkığı, görme v.s. testleri bırakın devlert hastaneleri, Başkent Üniversitesi Hastanesi gibi özel hastanelerde bile ücretsiz. Heyecanınızdan faydalanan bu şirkete bu konuda para vermeyin, kontrol muayenesinde doktor testler yapılsın dese bile sordukların dışarıda yaptıracağım diyin.

My experience at Memorial Ankara Hospital was deeply disappointing, and I would not rate it one star if a lower rating were possible.
We arrived at the emergency department due to numbness on the right side of the body-a symptom that can indicate a stroke and requires urgent attention. The only part of the process that was handled efficiently was the billing: we were charged TL 4,900 almost immediately. However, after payment, the quality of care and urgency sharply declined.
Shockingly, we were told that the hospital does not have an emergency code for stroke cases involving foreign patients. When we expressed concern, staff backtracked and said it was a misunderstanding, referring us to the Neurology department instead.
In Neurology, the payment process was again prioritized, though slightly less efficient than in the emergency room-perhaps because the receptionist was preoccupied with her phone. Only after payment of another TL 6900 did we learn that the neurologist would not see us until her existing patients were finished, which would take another hour and a half. Despite coming from the emergency room with a potential stroke, we were told that our risk did not constitute an emergency according to their neurologist.
The receptionist appeared frustrated that the emergency department had not communicated that Neurologist will not handle our situation as an emergency, and she made it clear that we would have to wait. There was a lack of empathy and urgency throughout the process, which is alarming for a hospital that claims to be internationally accredited and focused on patient experience.
When we requested a refund, the process was even slower and less professional. Only the manager could authorize a refund, and she, too, appeared distracted and unhurried, focused more on her phone than on assisting us.
After wasting a valuable hour with absolutely no medical care, we left the hospital paying another TL 200 for vale parking.
Despite Memorial Ankara Hospital’s claims of international quality standards and patient-centered care, our experience was the opposite. The focus seemed to be on collecting fees rather than providing timely medical attention, especially for foreign patients in urgent situations. Communication was poor, and staff showed little urgency or compassion.
I would not recommend Memorial Hospital based on this experience

Tedavi gordugum disciden hic memnun kalmadigimi ucuncu gunu belirttigim halde bana dolgu icin iki ay gibi bir sure vermemi istediler nasil bir sacmaliksa ama maalesef Ben de doktorun onerisine olumlu baktim ve hala disimden cekiyorum. Sanirim doktor ihmalinden dolayi disimi kaybedecegim.
