Le Dr Abdulaziz Balwi dirige le département chirurgical. Il possède 15 ans d'expérience en chirurgie capillaire et est autorisé par l'État à former d'autres chirurgiens. My partner & I came to Elithair from Australia for his hair transplant this month, it went really well. Every doctor we spoke to was really attentive, the translators were also great when needed! The clinic itself is gorgeous and clean and huge, the pre testing was so quick it was amazing to get health results on the spot like that. He did like 7 tests in 20 minutes and got all results at the same time it was awesome. The procedure itself he said was painless and he loved the lunch they gave him between grafting 🤣 he had 4700 grafts and it’s only early days but just seeing him so relieved to have his insecurity addressed while we also get to be on holiday is so cool.

It's the day after my hair transplant; the full results won't be visible for another 12 to 18 months. But I'm very confident, since two of my friends and acquaintances have undergone this procedure and now have a full head of hair again.
The transfer from the airport to the clinic went smoothly with no waiting time. I received a warm welcome at the clinic, and the various informational sessions and preliminary examinations were conducted efficiently. I had an early surgery appointment the next morning; I highly recommend the deep-sleep procedure for pain-free graft extraction.
Overall, the surgery is understandably very time-consuming and therefore quite exhausting, especially for someone with back problems: the surgical chairs and lying positions aren’t very comfortable. However, breaks can be taken upon request. Be sure to take a short walk after the surgery to relax your back. The post-operative care the day after the surgery was friendly and efficient, and the transfer to the airport went smoothly once again.
The friendliness with which the staff treat you is particularly noteworthy. You feel well taken care of and looked after; the translators are always available, but otherwise very little English is spoken, which was sometimes a bit difficult during surgery. As for accommodations at the clinic, the rooms are large and basically furnished, but my mattress was very soft and sagging, and unfortunately, the room could only be dimmed slightly at night—so don’t forget your sleep mask.

I had my hair transplant procedure with Elithair on 22 May 2026, and overall, the experience was smooth, supportive, and very patient-friendly.
At the end of the day, a hair transplant is still a surgical procedure, so some level of discomfort is unavoidable. However, the team did their absolute best to make the entire process as comfortable and seamless as possible.
During the procedure, I was assisted by a team of three professionals — Irfan Can Er, Gokmen Tezcan, and Sabahattin Gakar. I truly appreciate how accommodating, attentive, and supportive they were throughout the entire experience. Despite the challenges that come with a long procedure, they consistently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
I’m genuinely glad I had them handling my transplant, and I would confidently recommend Elithair to anyone considering a hair transplant. The professionalism, care, and overall patient experience were excellent.
