Body Contouring and Rib Remodeling

Dr. José David Salazar Osorio has over 10 years of experience in body contouring and advanced costal remodeling. The clinic specializes in techniques to refine the waist and improve body proportions. Specialists use RibXcar, a method that modifies rib angulation through controlled bone modification. This approach avoids resection. Other costal techniques include XCrest and Front RibX.

The clinic offers various surgical options for body enhancement:

• Mommy Makeover – personalized plans combining abdomen and breast procedures
• High-definition liposculpture (HD) – targeted fat removal for muscle definition
• Abdominoplasty – removal of excess skin and repair of abdominal muscles
• Muscular volumization – surgical enhancement of muscle volume
• Brachioplasty – arm lift procedures to treat excess tissue

Most body contouring surgeries need 7 to 14 days of recovery. Patients can typically travel 8 to 10 days after the operation.

Facial and Breast Procedures

Facial rejuvenation services cover both anti-aging and structural enhancement. The practice performs Deep Plane facelifts and neck lifts for deep tissue restoration. Specialists also offer eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and facial fat injections to restore lost volume. Endoscopic facial surgery is available for patients who prefer small-incision rejuvenation.

Breast surgery options address both aesthetic goals and functional needs:

• Mastopexy with or without implants
• Breast reduction surgery
• Safe implant removal and explantation
• Gynecomastia treatment for male breast reduction

Breast reduction procedures generally last 3 to 5 hours. Full recovery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Reconstructive Surgery and Biopolymer Removal

The clinic provides specialized reconstructive care for sequelae. This treats functional or aesthetic changes caused by trauma, burns, or prior surgeries. Surgeons address complex scars, tissue retractions, and deformities through personalized plans. The practice also handles complications from biopolymer injections, focusing on surgical removal of foreign materials.

Services for International Patients

International care follows a structured medical travel pathway. The process begins with a medical evaluation to find the most suitable procedure. The clinic provides specific travel timelines for each surgery to help with logistics. Post-operative follow-up includes virtual check-ins and clinical photo reviews after the patient returns home.
