Le Dr M. Reşat Arpacı a obtenu son diplôme de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université Dokuz Eylül d'Izmir en 2000 et a commencé sa carrière en tant que médecin urgentiste à Sakarya. Son intérêt pour la médecine esthétique l'a progressivement conduit à se concentrer uniquement sur la transplantation capillaire. Il a reçu sa formation initiale dans ce domaine dans des cliniques prestigieuses en Turquie et à l'étranger.

En 2002, il a obtenu une certification en transplantation capillaire par microgreffe de la Société internationale de chirurgie de restauration capillaire (ISHRS) de Berlin, ce qui lui a permis d'effectuer des transplantations capillaires en utilisant la technique FUT. La même année, il a obtenu une certification en transplantation de cheveux synthétiques en biofibres par l'intermédiaire de l'Institut de transplantation capillaire de Milan et a créé des cliniques de restauration capillaire à Kuşadası et à İzmir, en Turquie. Entre 2004 et 2005, il a reçu une licence d'esthétique médicale du Flavius Aesthetic Training Center, agréée par le ministère turc de la Santé.

En 2006, il a commencé à utiliser la technique FUE et a perfectionné ses compétences grâce à un travail approfondi avec cette méthode. Il a également eu l'occasion de se former auprès du Dr Bessam Farjo, l'un des plus grands chirurgiens de restauration capillaire au monde. En 2007, il a inventé et breveté une technique de micromoteur FUE unique qui permet aux chirurgiens de restauration capillaire de travailler avec un nombre maximal de greffons de cheveux. De 2008 à 2011, il a été fondateur, président et formateur en chef d'une école de beauté et d'esthétique accréditée par le ministère de l'Éducation nationale à Izmir.

En 2010, il a déménagé son cabinet de transplantation capillaire à Istanbul, où il a dirigé plusieurs centres de transplantation capillaire de premier plan dans la ville. Il a travaillé dans plusieurs cliniques à travers la Turquie et a occupé le poste de chef du centre de transplantation capillaire et de santé capillaire. Depuis août 2024, il poursuit sa carrière de chirurgien en transplantation capillaire à la Smile Hair Clinic.

Dr. Paul Dreschnack is a world-famous Plastic Surgeon with 35 years of experience. He is nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize as well as the Nobel Prize in Medicine for the India Project, a plastic surgery camp in India treating thousands of patients with congenital birth defects or burn injuries each year. An innovator in his field, he has also done extensive research on stem cell therapy for hair regrowth and hair restoration in female and male baldness.

Dr. Dreschnack focuses on stem cell therapy, and cosmetic surgery including breast implants, reductions and lifts, liposuction and tummy tucks. He has been working to upgrade the design of saline implants, making them safer and more reliable. Dr. Dreschnack also works with patients providing skin evaluations and treatments for - Skin Cancer, scars and keloids, cysts, moles and skin tags, spider and varicose veins, birthmark removal, stretch marks, wrinkles and facial fillers. He also is trained in Hand and Microsurgery.

As an academician, Dr. Dreschnack reviews articles for the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery on “Cosmetic Surgery of the Face, Breast and Abdomen” since 2006 and served as Clinical Instructor at LSU School of Medicine/Department of Surgery and SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn. He has received an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Schiller International University, Medical Doctorate from Ross University School of Medicine in New Jersey, and received education at Yale University, Columbia University/College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York Medical College/Graduate Division and Manhattan College for his undergraduate work.

A prolific writer and accomplished presenter, he has given presentations for the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and many others and been published in The American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery, on Medforum.com, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Headache and the Proceedings of the American Association for Hand Surgery.
