Je suis né en 1968 dans le district de Mersin Gülnar.

Après avoir étudié à l'école primaire à Konya Akşehir et au lycée à Anamur, j'ai fréquenté le lycée militaire de Kuleli entre 1981 et 1985.

Entre 1985 et 1992, j'ai fait mes années universitaires à la Faculté de médecine anglaise de l'Université Hacettepe. Après avoir terminé une formation d'assistante à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche en gynécologie Dr Zekai Tahir Burak, je suis devenue gynécologue et obstétricienne en janvier 1997.

Alors que je travaillais à la maternité Zübeyde Hanım entre 1997 et 2000, j'ai effectué mon service militaire à l'hôpital Maréchal Fevzi Çakmak d'Erzurum.

Depuis 2000, je travaille comme spécialiste à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche en gynécologie Dr Zekai Tahir Burak.

Depuis 2000, je travaille dans mon cabinet à Mithatpaşa cad. 71/7. J'ai 2 fils nés en 2000 et 2006.

Kadir is also proficient in computer skills and speaks multiple languages fluently, including English, Turkish, Kurdish, Russian, and German. Dr Anshika Lekhi is an infertility and IVF specialist with 13 + years of experience. She has performed more than 1500 IVF cycles till now. She has a great experience of working with patients with low AMH, own egg IVF and repeated IVF failure patients. Her infertility work journey hails through various hospitals like Max hospital, W Pratiksha, Milann Fertility and Wings IVF in the past. She has done her diploma in reproductive medicine and embryology from Germany. She has also done her fellowship in reproductive medicine and embryology from Kerala. More to her academic credits she has multiple fellowship and diploma in laparoscopy from hospital like PSRI and world laparoscopy Center. Her graduation and post graduation is from Dehradun. As feather in her cap she has many awards like Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Health award 2023 by Zee news, Gem of Delhi Medical Association 2023 and Iconic Healthcare Leader Award of gynaecologist and IVF specialist 2021. She has also been listed in the innovatory Gynaecologist of India by Economic times 2022. She was also honoured with the medical Services excellence Award 2015 and corona warrior award 2021 by Indian medical association. She has 20 articles and publications to her credit.
