Assoc. Le Dr Ali DURMUŞ est né dans la commune de Fevzipaşa, İslahiye, Gaziantep. Parce que son père travaillait à Tekel, il a commencé ses études à l'école primaire Malatya Derme et les a terminées à l'école primaire Adıyaman Atatürk.
