Le professeur Massimo Falconi est un oncologue gastro-intestinal spécialisé dans les maladies du pancréas depuis plus de 30 ans. Il exerce à l'Ospedale San Raffaele de Milan et a réalisé 3 600 interventions chirurgicales, dont des pancréatectomies distales, totales et moyennes, des résections pancréatiques et des énucléations.
