Le Dr Ali Nurhan Özbaba est titulaire d'un doctorat en médecine de l'Université d'Ankara (1980-1988) et de l'Université de Gazi (1989-1995). Il a travaillé à l'Université de Gazi (1989), à l'hôpital Privat Optimed (2014-2019), à l'hôpital privé Vega (2019-2021) et à l'hôpital Küçükçekmece (2021-2022).
