Haluk Duman est un chirurgien plasticien expert basé à Istanbul, en Turquie, avec plus de 35 ans d'expérience. Il est spécialisé dans la chirurgie plastique après un cancer, des brûlures et des tumeurs cutanées, ainsi que dans la chirurgie de la main et la chirurgie maxillo-faciale. Il est titulaire d'un diplôme de médecine générale de la faculté de médecine de l'université d'Istanbul et d'une spécialisation en chirurgie plastique et reconstructive de l'école de médecine GATA d'Ankara, ainsi que d'une bourse de recherche du MD Anderson Cancer Center de l'université du Texas.
