Le Dr Conesa est directeur de l'Institut de Neurochirurgie et Neurosciences du Centre Médical Teknon. Il a obtenu son diplôme de médecine à l'Université de Barcelone en 1982 et a complété sa spécialisation en neurochirurgie à l'Hôpital Universitaire de Bellvitge en 1990. Il a effectué des stages en aux États-Unis et en France, et a travaillé dans divers hôpitaux de Barcelone depuis 1985.
