Auteur de plusieurs affiches présentées lors de conférences internationales, il est membre de l'Association dentaire turque, de l'Association turque d'orthodontie et de la Société européenne d'orthodontie. A obtenu la cinquième place à l'examen de spécialité dentaire en avril 2014.

Le Dr Tomica Bagatin est un chirurgien esthétique dévoué qui a obtenu son diplôme de médecine à la faculté de médecine de Zagreb et s'est spécialisé en chirurgie maxillo-faciale. Il est membre de la Société croate de chirurgie maxillo-faciale, plastique et reconstructive de la tête et du cou, ainsi que d'associations internationales telles que l'Association européenne de chirurgie crânio-maxillo-faciale et l'Association internationale de chirurgie orale et maxillo-faciale. Il se tient au courant des dernières tendances dans le domaine en participant à des conférences et à des cours internationaux et a suivi le plus haut niveau d'anglais à la faculté de McGill.
