Le Dr Xicoténcatl Pérez Sánchez est spécialiste en neurochirurgie à l'hôpital DioMed. Il a suivi une formation de chirurgien et de sage-femme à l'Université de Colima, au Mexique. Il s'est spécialisé en neurochirurgie à l'hôpital universitaire Hadassah de Jérusalem en Israël. Il a étudié la haute spécialité en chirurgie de la base du crâne.
