Au départ, personne ne savait qu’il y avait un rendez-vous pour nous ! Ils ne savaient pas qui allait nous recevoir ! Nous avons dû demander à plusieurs personnes en utilisant le nom de référence que nous avions et, le temps qu’ils parviennent à identifier la dame, nous avons commencé les examens avec 2h de retard…
Nous avons tout fait comme prévu, sans problèmes.
Plus de 3 semaines se sont écoulées depuis que nous sommes allés dans cette clinique, et à ce jour personne ne nous a envoyé les résultats des examens restants. Pas même l’avis médical ! Vu ce qui a été payé, personne ne termine ce pour quoi nous y sommes allés !
