L'équipe de Medi-Cal a été formidable et le séjour à l'hôpital a dépassé toutes les espérances... Il n'y a pas de mots pour exprimer ce voyage, surtout que j'étais seule et que je n'avais personne pour m'aider, l'équipe médicale a été la famille que je n'avais pas dans cette période difficile ! L'équipe médicale a été la famille que je n'avais pas dans cette période difficile ! Elle a commencé par organiser l'accueil de mon vol à l'aéroport, a apporté un van luxueux pour m'emmener de et vers l'hôpital, l'hôtel et l'aéroport, m'a offert un soutien total et a mené à bien une opération très compliquée, je leur dois toute ma gratitude. Mon seul reproche est de ne pas avoir demandé un numéro d'urgence en cas de crise, ce que j'ai fait en communiquant à ma famille le numéro de l'assistant personnel qui était là pour m'aider tout au long de mon voyage.

L'hôpital ressemble à un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le service était tout aussi bon. Le docteur était très informative, elle parlait aussi anglais. Même si on m'a donné un traducteur pour mon rendez-vous. Elle m'a aidée lorsque j'ai visité d'autres sections de l'hôpital où il n'y avait pas d'anglophones.

Tout d'abord, je voudrais dire que Jimena, ici sur Bookimed, a été la meilleure ! Elle a toujours vérifié si je me sentais bien et m'a beaucoup soutenue ! J'apprécie vraiment that❤️, alors Himena est la meilleure ! Le docteur Young min de Very Good plastic surgery est formidable ! Il a beaucoup d'expertise et d'expérience, c'est aussi le chef de la clinique. Mais Tanya de la clinique ne m'a apporté aucun soutien, elle était censée être là pour moi et me soutenir, j'ai subi une énorme opération, une réduction de la mâchoire et une réduction du menton, le médecin a coupé mes os. J'avais l'impression qu'un tournevis pénétrait lentement dans mes tempes, d'avant en arrière, c'était terrible. Au lieu d'être là pour moi et de me dire que tout s'était bien passé, ils se sont mis à crier "arrête de pleurer", sans même prendre la peine de me demander pourquoi je pleurais ou si j'avais mal. L'infirmière m'a dit " vous avez payé pour cette procédure cosmétique, vous vous êtes mis dans cette situation " lorsque j'ai demandé des analgésiques. Elle m'a également dit " je n'ai jamais vu quelqu'un comme vous, avec une telle douleur, je ne vous en donnerai pas plus ", comme si je mentais ? Je n'avais jamais eu d'angoisse de mort auparavant, mais j'ai cru que j'allais mourir. Ils m'ont renvoyée chez moi 24 heures après l'opération, j'étais très enflée et j'avais peur, je me sentais trahie par tout le monde. J'étais seule dans ce pays. Lorsque j'ai montré mes photos d'inspiration à Tanya, la traductrice/assistante, elle a ri. Même après l'opération, elle ne m'a apporté aucun soutien, je me suis sentie gênée, comme si j'étais un problème pour eux. Mais il y avait aussi de bonnes infirmières x. Je vous aime Matilda

Amazing service and was taken care of by Dr. Ana and the Bookimed team. I booked two services - dental crowns with Dr Ana and rhinoplasty with Dr Deborah at Gilenis. Easy process, and I am so so happy with the results. My new emax crowns and dental work are perfect, Dr Ana did a thorough job and guaranteed the work and did a follow up check with any revisions. Dr Deborah did my rhinoplasty. And I just sent her the biggest thank you note, as I was the most nervous on this procedure. I am at day 8, and my nose swelling is looking better and better everyday AND perfect!!!! I cannot wait to see the final final results, but I am so happy. It is still my nose and natural like I wanted, but so much better. My dorsal hump is gone, and my nostrils and tip are smaller and a little less round. And the profile - that is the biggest positive change immediately! I was on zoom today on day 8, and no one noticed but mentioned how good I looked (exactly what I wanted!). My dental work as well as my amazing nose job - natural and perfect. I plan to refer anyone who needs work done, and go back in a couple weeks for a lip lift as my nose is healing so well.

Aliser Durdıyev est un joyau de la couronne de l'hôpital Florence Nightingale. Disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7. Parle un excellent anglais. Tout organisé, y compris les visites touristiques. J'étais complètement en sécurité en tant que femme célibataire à Istanbul pour mon opération Médecin et cuisine merveilleux. Je suis dans le domaine médical et Istanbul a répondu à mes normes rigoureuses. Je suis tellement content d’être venu plutôt que d’Amérique du Sud. Car les barrières linguistiques y sont plus grandes. C'est grâce à Aliser que la décision a été prise de venir ici. Et même malgré les inquiétudes internationales, Istanbul reste l'une des meilleures destinations médicales.
