En juillet 2022, j'ai bénéficié d'une consultation, d'un examen et d'une intervention chirurgicale à la Memorial Clinic. Je remercie le professionnalisme de l'équipe de la clinique, le professeur Ilknur Bayraktar et bien sûr l'équipe de Bukmed représentée par Maria et l'interprète Gulzar. Tout s'est bien passé. Les chambres sont au niveau des hôtels 5 étoiles. 3 repas par jour, lit confortable, wi-fi gratuit, TV, infirmière et infirmiers très attentifs.

Les services de l'hôpital LIV sont très bons et ne sont pas inférieurs au niveau mondial, croyez-moi, car pour les problèmes de santé de ma famille, nous avons dû visiter des cliniques aux États-Unis, en Chine, en Corée du Sud et en Israël. Dès le premier appel, j'ai senti que l'on s'intéressait beaucoup à moi en tant qu'autochtone. Un grand merci à Sabina et Nigina, coordinatrices/traductrices, qui ont fait un excellent travail. Nous pouvions les contacter à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et elles s'occupaient du patient de tout leur cœur. Gardez à l'esprit que tout ici est basé sur le turc, seuls les médecins peuvent communiquer en anglais. Vous pouvez constater à quel point la Turquie a progressé et est autosuffisante.
Je suis reconnaissante au destin de m'avoir permis de rencontrer le professeur et neurochirurgien Çağatay Öztürk. Il est simple dans la communication, bref, il est immédiatement évident que le plus haut niveau de spécialiste, après l'examen, il a identifié le problème et a montré sur l'image IRM et a expliqué ce qu'il faut faire.
J'ai été opéré d'une hernie au niveau L5-S1 et un disque en titane a été installé.
L'atmosphère de l'équipe était très favorable et agréable, il y avait une grande cohérence et de la discipline. Les soins étaient tels que je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur ou lourdeur, bien qu'ils disent que l'opération n'a pas été facile. Le deuxième jour après l'opération, je marchais déjà et le sixième jour, j'ai pu quitter l'hôpital. J'étais enfin débarrassée de la douleur et des nuits blanches que j'avais connues pendant de nombreuses années ! Je le recommande à tout le monde, ce sont des magiciens qui travaillent ici - des professionnels dans leur domaine !

Mon mari et moi sommes venus de Nouvelle-Zélande pour subir tous les deux une opération de remplacement de lentilles oculaires. Dès le début, nous avons eu une communication imprimée et efficace. Nous avons reçu des réponses à toutes nos questions. On est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, on nous a emmenés à l'hôtel, puis le jour même, à notre demande, on nous a emmenés à l'hôpital pour notre rendez-vous. Deux jours plus tard, nous devions subir une opération des yeux, et nous avons de nouveau été pris en charge et raccompagnés. Nous avons été accueillis à l'entrée de l'hôpital par les traducteurs de bookimed.com et les traducteurs de l'hôpital, qui ont été extraordinaires chaque jour, à tous points de vue. Les médecins étaient provisoires et à fond, ils nous ont expliqué chaque détail et ont répondu à toutes nos questions.

Bonjour à tous. Merci à la clinique pour cette opération réussie. Plus précisément au neurochirurgien Mustafa Onaz et au professeur Gohan. On nous a diagnostiqué un cancer du cerveau, au stade final, malin. La tumeur était deux fois plus grosse. Ils ont sauvé la vie de mon mari. Ma sha Allah. L'opération a duré huit ou neuf heures. Ils ont tout enlevé, je pense que c'est un record. C'était une opération compliquée. C'était une opération compliquée. A KZ, ils n'ont pas pu tout enlever, juste une petite partie, c'est tout. J'ai vécu une expérience extraordinaire. Tout d'abord, j'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer la merveilleuse Linda. Nous avons beaucoup parlé avant mon arrivée et elle a répondu à toutes mes questions et m'a mise à l'aise avant mon voyage.
Elle a envoyé une voiture VIP à l'aéroport pour me chercher et a donné au chauffeur un grand sac de snacks, de boissons et de sucreries pour moi, ce qui était très gentil de sa part.
Je suis arrivée à mon hôtel qui était un magnifique 5 étoiles, le personnel était si gentil et ne m'a pas laissé lever le petit doigt.
Le lendemain matin, Linda a envoyé une autre voiture VIP pour venir me chercher et m'emmener à l'hôpital où elle était là pour m'accueillir avec son charmant visage souriant.
Elle est restée avec moi toute la journée jusqu'à mon opération le soir, elle savait à quel point j'étais anxieuse et a essayé de me changer les idées en s'asseyant avec moi, en discutant et en riant, ça a vraiment marché !
Les infirmières de l'hôpital ont été si gentilles et serviables, malgré la barrière de la langue, elles m'ont comprise en tant qu'être humain et ont pris grand soin de moi. L'une des infirmières m'a même commandé un kebab lorsque je me suis réveillée de mon opération, car je ne pouvais pas le faire depuis mon téléphone. J'ai essayé de lui donner de l'argent, mais elle a refusé.
Linda est venue me chercher le lendemain et je suis retournée à mon hôtel pour me reposer. Je lui ai dit que j'avais mal dormi à l'hôpital et elle m'a procuré des médicaments pour m'aider, ainsi que beaucoup d'autres médicaments et produits essentiels de la pharmacie ; elle a vraiment pensé à tout.
Les jours suivants, j'ai continué à bénéficier du soutien de Linda. Elle est venue à mon hôtel avec le médecin pour enlever mes bandages et m'a aidée à me laver les cheveux, car je n'étais pas capable de le faire seule.
Honnêtement, je ne sais pas comment j'aurais traversé tout ce processus sans Linda, c'est une femme extraordinaire qui mérite beaucoup de crédit pour ce qu'elle fait. Elle a une nature tellement gentille et attentionnée que j'ai tout de suite su que je pouvais lui faire confiance.
J'ai parlé avec elle d'autres procédures que j'aimerais faire et elle a pris mes photos pour en discuter avec les médecins et elle prépare un plan pour moi en ce moment. Je confie ma vie à Linda et je recommande l'hôpital Asya pour tout traitement.
Merci beaucoup à tous les médecins, infirmières et personnes en coulisses qui ont rendu tout cela possible, j'ai enfin retrouvé ma confiance et j'envisage mon avenir avec optimisme (ce que je n'ai pas pu faire pendant longtemps). Je vous serai éternellement reconnaissante à tous. ❤️
