Mon mari et moi sommes venus de Nouvelle-Zélande pour subir tous les deux une opération de remplacement de lentilles oculaires. Dès le début, nous avons eu une communication imprimée et efficace. Deux jours plus tard, nous devions subir une opération des yeux, et nous avons de nouveau été pris en charge et raccompagnés. Nous avons été accueillis à l'entrée de l'hôpital par les traducteurs de bookimed.com et les traducteurs de l'hôpital, qui ont été extraordinaires chaque jour, à tous points de vue. Les médecins étaient provisoires et à fond, ils nous ont expliqué chaque détail et ont répondu à toutes nos questions.

Bonjour à tous. Merci à la clinique pour cette opération réussie. Plus précisément au neurochirurgien Mustafa Onaz et au professeur Gohan. On nous a diagnostiqué un cancer du cerveau, au stade final, malin. La tumeur était deux fois plus grosse. Ils ont sauvé la vie de mon mari. Ma sha Allah. L'opération a duré huit ou neuf heures. Ils ont tout enlevé, je pense que c'est un record. C'était une opération compliquée. C'était une opération compliquée. A KZ, ils n'ont pas pu tout enlever, juste une petite partie, c'est tout. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la clinique Emsey.Nous avons été pris en charge à l'aéroport par un interprète et un chauffeur.Nous avons ensuite été logés dans un très bon hôtel.Des plats délicieux ont été servis deux fois à l'hôtel. L'hôtel disposait de chambres spacieuses et confortables avec toutes les commodités. Le premier jour, nous avons été amenés pour analyse, le deuxième jour, nous avons été diagnostiqués, le traitement a commencé et nous avons été placés dans un service. En 5 jours, nous avons reçu le traitement dont nous avions besoin et un bon service. Les médecins étaient très qualifiés et expérimentés. Le coordinateur Jansejit est resté avec nous pendant une semaine, il nous a beaucoup aidés et nous a mis à l'aise. Merci à tout le personnel de la clinique Emsey.

Tout était bien organisé.... nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport, transfert VIP, Mercedes noire, le chauffeur, malheureusement, je ne me souviens pas de son nom - un gars super, direct, nous a emmenés à l'hôtel... À l'hôtel, tout était super, 5 étoiles, bonne finition, excellent personnel, nous étions installés au 8ème étage, avec une belle vue sur la ville.....
Le lendemain, nous nous sommes rendus à la clinique....On y a payé, et sans attendre, on nous a invités à la salle d'opération... L'équipe est excellente, des jeunes gens et des jeunes filles, joyeux et détendus, (ils ont même chanté des chansons pendant la transplantation)....La transplantation a été assez rapide, pendant 5 heures nous avons réussi, parce que les gens connaissent leur métier, de vrais professionnels tous, - et le médecin, et le gars qui a dessiné une ligne de cheveux, et les filles - assistants.... Tout au plus haut niveau ... La transplantation elle-même est indolore, seulement, au début, quand ils ont introduit l'anesthésie, c'était un peu douloureux, mais cela a duré environ 10 minutes....
En général, je suis satisfaite de la greffe, j'espère que le résultat ne sera pas bon, nous verrons dans un an...
Ensuite, on m'a ramenée à l'hôtel, et j'ai passé cette journée dans la chambre, je ne suis allée nulle part..... Le lendemain, j'ai eu une journée de repos, et le personnel de l'hôtel a organisé une excursion dans le centre historique d'Istanbul... Nous avons passé un excellent moment là-bas, et après une autre journée, on m'a ramenée à la clinique, on m'a montré et lavé la tête, et le chauffeur nous a emmenés à l'aéroport.....
En résumé : j'ai subi une greffe de cheveux et ma femme et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul, où nous avons goûté à différents plats, fait des excursions et eu l'occasion de faire du shopping....
Merci beaucoup aux personnes qui organisent de tels voyages et font un tel travail... Je leur suis très reconnaissant....
