Dr. Park Sang Wook did a wonderful job! The results came out so pretty and Jenny was so sweet. She translated and assisted me through the whole process which means a lot especially when I was tired from the anesthesia. The other staff are all just as amazingly friendly, like the best supportive friends you could ask for.
I appreciated how the feedback from Dr. Park Sang Wook and Jenny was informative, honest, and personalized. All of my questions were thoroughly answered.
They informed me about what was and wasn't realistic for my features. I liked that the doctor examined face well before the surgery because it meant he was really thinking about the design with care. The price for the surgery was reasonable too. (They didn't charge me foreigner pricing!) These details are important because it shows they aren't just trying to make the most profit out of you. They're considerate about what is best for you. :)
The free consultation included a blood test, CT scan, they take pictures of you, and other tests that I don't know the names of haha. I learned what my blood type is!
A staff member reassured me that i would be well taken care of before i headed to the surgery room. She was right. The nurses took good care of me, even pulled down my pants (to go to the restroom). 😱 I was shook haha.
I actually appreciated this too because I found it difficult to do anything after the surgery due to the anesthesia. I paid the hospitalization fee to stay overnight. The nurses helped me walk, took care of my IV, gave me a breakfast, heat packs, cleaned my wounds, changed my ice packs, and more... even throughout the night. As someone travelling alone, I was glad that I stayed overnight.
During recovery I felt anxious about my appearance due to all the bruising and swelling. I was so puffy that I didn't look like myself! The staff reminded me that I looked pretty, even called me cute, held my hand, and let me hug a plushy which was so sweet of them. Jenny is still in contact with me for any concerns I have and she checks in to make sure I'm doing well. This clinic really did everything they could to support me emotionally and physically after the surgery. 🩷
