Oncology Department
Doctors of the Oncology Department carry out the treatment in accordance with the international NCCN (National Comprehensive Cancer Network) and ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) protocols.

Les prix pratiqués à la Memorial Clinic montrent qu'elle prétend être non seulement une clinique avec des spécialistes hautement spécialisés, mais aussi une clinique avec un service de haute qualité. L'impression générale est que le jeu n'en vaut pas la chandelle, car pour de telles sommes, on s'attend au moins à recevoir les résultats des analyses et une conclusion.
J'ai reçu les services suivants à la clinique :
- analyses
Une infirmière faisait les analyses de moi et d'un autre patient en même temps et a presque confondu les étiquettes sur les tubes.
- Consultations médicales (gynécologue, dermatologue)
Le rendez-vous avec le dermatologue n'a pas été rempli, ni sous forme numérique, ni sous forme papier, ce qui a posé des problèmes pour le traitement ultérieur.
En gynécologie, il y a eu deux parties de tests, l'une m'a été annoncée comme étant bonne, mais je n'ai reçu aucune conclusion ou quoi que ce soit.
Pour le second, on m'a dit que je serais informée par téléphone, mais personne ne m'a contactée.
- procédures médicales
J'ai été inscrite pour des procédures médicales, mais lorsque je suis arrivée, les infirmières ont commencé à me demander combien coûtait le médicament, dont le prix avait été écrit sur un morceau de papier une semaine auparavant. C'est une façon très étrange de déterminer quel médicament administrer à un patient. Je m'attendais à ce que la prescription soit stockée dans un système électronique interne.

Le jour de la consultation avec le gynécologue, après avoir attendu une demi-heure un interprète en russe, on m'a donné un interprète en anglais (post factum), en général, j'ai compris les résultats de l'analyse, mais malheureusement je ne connais pas le sujet gynécologique en anglais au niveau nécessaire et il était inutile de poser des questions d'éclaircissement.
