Rejoignez-nous pour des vacances de yoga et de bien-être dans un endroit magnifique au milieu des vignes, à seulement 40 minutes de Barcelone. Nos programmes de vacances de yoga et de guérison s'adressent à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner avec nous pendant quelques jours ou quelques semaines.

Les clients séjournent dans des chambres partagées avec lits jumeaux, triples, doubles ou privées avec accès à diverses installations. Les repas proposés sont sains, végétariens et préparés à partir d'ingrédients frais, de saison et d'origine locale. Diverses préférences alimentaires peuvent être prises en compte, notamment des options végétaliennes, sans gluten, sans lactose et diététiques.
Dr. Ellen Christiaanse has led over 100 wellness retreats at the Alaya Retreat Center. She earned her Doctorate in Information Systems from MIT. She also holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. Dr. Christiaanse combines academic expertise with alternative healing methods in Spain.Certified Reiki Master, Yin Yoga teacher, and sound therapy healer.Expert in horse-assisted coaching and equine-facilitated meditation.Facilitates detox, spiritual, and communal women’s programs.Applies psychological principles to integrative wellness practices.
