Transfer airport-clinic-airport

Doctor recommended examination and after that strabismus surgery.
First day we meet you at the airport, transport to hospital and if enough time for examination, examinations. Next day regardsing to results - strabismus surgery.
To package included airport - clinic - airport transport, interpreter service, 3 times meal during the accommodation at the hospital's standart room, decided type strabismus surgery by the surgeon.
• During the examination, if surgeon finds different problems, program and price can change.
• If patient uses any drugs regulary please inform us. Doctor may change using procedure before the surgery
• Given package prepared regarding to sended reports, responsibility of reliability and accuracy of sended reports belongs to patient
• Please don’t forget to bring with you passport for registration, according with Turkish laws we must take a copy of passport
• Given offer valid till :11.07.2022
Please notice that all patient and companions must show vaccination certificate or pcr test results which made in last 72 hours. Without them, we have to make rapid test and charge for each one 50€ fee.
