Le Dr Alexandre Charão est un chirurgien plasticien primé qui dirige son propre cabinet à Laranjeiras, Rio de Janeiro, au Brésil. Il est certifié par le réseau D'Or et la Société brésilienne de chirurgie plastique, et a travaillé avec Médecins sans frontières dans le cadre de plus de dix missions internationales. En 2006, il a remporté un prix GLOBO pour son travail en dehors du Brésil. Pendant son service dans l'armée de l'air brésilienne, le docteur Alexandre a dirigé la clinique de chirurgie plastique de l'hôpital central de l'armée de l'air en 2010.
