Le Dr Ömer Kocabıyık a terminé sa spécialisation au département d'ophtalmologie de l'université Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart en 2016. Il a effectué de nombreuses opérations de la cataracte à l'hôpital d'État de Merzifon et à la clinique d'ophtalmologie de l'hôpital de formation et de recherche de Sancaktepe.
