Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience. From 1993 to 2019, he worked as Dirigente Primo Livello at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples. Dr. Pongwat Polpong is a top neurosurgeon and specialist in regenerative medicine in Thailand. He has more than 15 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research.
