Le Dr Cüneyt Çiftdoğan est né à Ankara en 1971. Après avoir terminé ses études primaires à Gaziantep, il s'est installé à Izmir et a terminé ses études secondaires et secondaires à Izmir. Au cours des dernières années de ses études secondaires, passionné par les blouses blanches, il a passé l'examen universitaire et a été admis à la Faculté de médecine de l'Université d'Ege.

Cüneyt Çiftdoğan, qui a commencé ses études de médecine à l'Université d'Ege en 1988, a obtenu son diplôme de médecin en 1994 après une formation médicale intensive et réussie. Il est spécialiste en chirurgie ORL et de la tête et du cou. Il est diplômé du lycée Atatürk d'Ankara en 1974. Après avoir terminé un an de cours préparatoires en anglais à l'ODTU, il a obtenu le diplôme de la faculté de médecine de l'université Hacettepe d'Eskisehir.

En 1980, il a terminé ses études à la faculté de médecine de l'université Hacettepe d'Eskisehir. En 1984, il a fait ses études au département d'ORL du centre médical de l'université Hacettepe. Il a effectué son service militaire à Ankara Mevki Hastanesi en tant que spécialiste ORL, en 1986, il a commencé sa conscription à l'hôpital gouvernemental d'Ordu.

Finalement, il a démissionné en août 2010.
