Français Le Prof. Dr. Süleyman Alıcı a terminé ses études de médecine à la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université Atatürk. (1990) Il s'est ensuite spécialisé en médecine interne entre 1991-1995 à la Clinique de Médecine Interne de la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université de Selçuk. Il a travaillé comme professeur adjoint à la Clinique de Médecine Interne de la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université Yüzüncü Yıl entre 1996-1997. Il a obtenu sa formation de surspécialité en oncologie médicale à la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université d'Istanbul (Médecine Çapa) entre 1997-2000. Après cela, il a de nouveau travaillé à la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université Yüzüncü Yıl entre 2000-2005 et a créé le Département d'oncologie médicale. Il a été chef du département concerné, fournissant des services de formation aux médecins assistants de recherche et l'éducation des étudiants. Le professeur Ümmügül Üyetürk a suivi ses études de premier et de deuxième cycles à la faculté de médecine de l'université d'Uludağ entre 1988 et 1994. Elle s'est spécialisée en médecine interne à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche d'Istanbul de 1998 à 2003. Entre 2008 et 2011, elle a suivi sa formation de surspécialité en oncologie médicale à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche en oncologie d'Ankara.

Après avoir été médecin-chef adjointe à l'hôpital d'État de Suluova, elle a créé le département de médecine interne et la branche des sciences de l'oncologie médicale à l'université Abant İzzet Baysal de Bolu entre 2011 et 2020, où elle a dirigé la branche des sciences.
