Op. Dr. Ahmet Kurtulmuş graduated from İzmir Private Turkish College in 1986. He completed his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. Between 1992 and 1996, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at İzmir Atatürk Hospital. Between 2000 and 2006, Dr. Ahmet Kurtulmuş operated his own private clinic at the same time, where he managed his patients and performed surgeries at an affiliated private hospital with which he had an agreement. Due to unchanged regulations during that period, he was also able to work at a state hospital in addition to managing his private clinic and conducting surgeries at the affiliated private hospital. Dr. Abdurrahim Gözen, born in 1982 in Gercüş, Batman, is a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology with a focus on pediatric orthopedics, trauma, arthroscopy, and arthroplasty. After graduating from Istanbul University Medical Faculty, he completed his residency at Yüzüncü Yıl University. With over six years of professional experience in both state and private hospitals, Dr. Gözen is an active member of associations like TOTBİD and TUSYAD. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, consistently enhancing his expertise in orthopedic surgery and advancing patient care practices.

Il est né à Niğde, dans la partie centrale de la ville d'Anatolie. Il a fait ses études secondaires à Adana. Il est diplômé de la faculté de médecine de l'université d'Ankara. Il a commencé sa carrière à l'hôpital des sciences neurologiques de Bakırköy dans la clinique du docteur Zeki Oral en 1987 et a terminé sa résidence en neurochirurgie en 1993. Au cours de cette période, il a complété sa formation en micro-neurochirurgie, qui a été une percée pour lui, à la clinique du professeur M. Gazi Yaşargil de l'université de Zurich.

Entre 1993 et 2003, il a travaillé comme assistant d'enseignement puis comme professeur adjoint à la clinique du professeur Necmettin Pamir, Faculté de médecine de l'Université de Marmara. Parallèlement, il a acquis des acquis cliniques et chirurgicaux dans le domaine de la neuro-oncologie et de la neurochirurgie vasculaire à la clinique du professeur Donlin M. Long et Daniele Rigamonti de l'Université Johns Hopkins, aux États-Unis. En 2003, il a reçu le titre de professeur associé de neurochirurgie.

Entre 2004 et 2010, il a travaillé comme chef de clinique à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche de Göztepe du ministère de la Santé. Au cours de cette période, il a conduit sa clinique à devenir la seule clinique accréditée par l'EANS (Association européenne des sociétés de neurochirurgie) en Turquie, avec ses services éducatifs et de soins. Au cours de cette période, il a terminé sa formation endoscopique de la base du crâne à partir de l'Université de Pittsburgh.

En 2010, il a commencé à travailler à la Faculté de médecine de l'Université Acıbadem et est devenu professeur de neurochirurgie. Il a créé le département de neurochirurgie de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université Medipol en 2012. Il a été chef du département de neurochirurgie des hôpitaux Memorial Health Group Istanbul entre 2014 et 2018. Il a travaillé au département de neurochirurgie de l'hôpital Maslak du groupe de santé Acıbadem avec son équipe entre 2018 et septembre 2021.

Depuis le 01.10.2021, il a commencé à travailler avec son équipe dans ma clinique privée située à Fulya et à l'hôpital Ulus du Liv Health Group.

Il a été président fondateur de la « Skull Base Society » en Turquie. Il est également membre du comité exécutif de la European Skull Base Society (ESBS).

Il a publié plus de 110 articles scientifiques dans des revues internationales à comité de lecture (SCI/SCIEx) et nationales, ainsi que 18 articles scientifiques. Il a plus de 250 présentations lors de congrès scientifiques, publié des livres et des chapitres de livres.
