Le Dr Hacı Ali Telbisoğlu, né en 1967 à Kahramanmaraş, a obtenu son diplôme de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université d'Istanbul en 1990. Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience.
