Le Dr Hacı Ali Telbisoğlu, né en 1967 à Kahramanmaraş, a obtenu son diplôme de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université d'Istanbul en 1990. Entre 1994 et 2000, il a complété sa spécialisation en immunodermatologie, dermatologie infectieuse et chirurgie dermatologique à la Faculté de médecine de l'Université de Vienne. Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience. From 1993 to 2019, he worked as Dirigente Primo Livello at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples. During this time, he performed more than 15,000 surgeries in public healthcare and over 2,700 in international and private settings.
