Français Le Prof. Dr. Rafet Eren a obtenu son diplôme de la Faculté de Médecine d'Istanbul en 2007. Il a terminé sa formation de spécialité en médecine interne à la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université de Marmara en 2012. En 2018, il est devenu sous-spécialiste en hématologie à l'Hôpital de Formation et de Recherche d'Istanbul. En 2019, il a reçu le titre de professeur associé dans le domaine de l'hématologie. Par la suite, il a travaillé comme membre du corps enseignant à l'hôpital de Başakşehir Çam et Sakura City, à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche de Bozyaka et à l'Université d'Istinye (Université d'Istinye Bahçeşehir et Hôpital Liv Vadistanbul) et travaille actuellement à l'hôpital universitaire de Biruni. Le Dr Rafet Eren est membre de la Société turque d'hématologie, de la Société de spécialité en hématologie et de la Société européenne d'hématologie et parle couramment l'anglais. Il a environ 50 publications dans des revues à comité de lecture nationales et internationales.

Assoc. Prof. Atakan Topçu, M.D., is a medical oncologist at Medipol University and Medipol Acıbadem Regional Hospital. He treats solid tumors, including lung, breast, colorectal, gastric, and neuroendocrine cancers. His work also covers targeted therapies, immunotherapy, geriatric oncology, and cancer-related malnutrition, cachexia, and sarcopenia.

He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Recent work includes a 2024 Frontiers in Medicine study on geriatric syndromes and a 2023 Future Oncology paper on sarcopenia and anxiety in lung cancer. He has also published on the CONUT score in breast cancer and on malnutrition in HER2-negative metastatic gastric cancer.

Dr. Topçu serves on the Editorial Board of BMC Cancer. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology, ESMO, and the Turkish Geriatrics Society.
